The commanding officer position for Tornado Flotilla, the Allegiance Battle Group's starfighter attachment. The CO position of the flotilla has been held by many important men in the RS, including Jedi Master Randy Starkiller, a retired New Republic Defense Force Brigadier General. The position is currently held by High Colonel Dave Arsek, a human from Neveron.
