FC narrative

The FC narratives are a series that trace the story of the RS-wide storyline from the perspective of the Fleet Commander and other personnel on the RS Command Staff. The FC narratives run parallel to the official VSG/RID ITOD storylines. Both sets of narratives began more or less with the devastating Battle of Blerthmore. After the Subterrel Strike Force left RS space to initiate the Subterrel Conflict, the FC narratives are mainly following the story of the small force left behind to protect RS holdings in the Greeop system, Cadrel Expanse, and Binaural Sector.

The FC narratives then currently follow the exploits of the Greeop Defense Force. This page will provide background information to this storyline for those who are interested.

• Dave Trebonious-Astoris, former-FC and Head of the Greeop Defense Force (GDF)

Support Staff of the Peril (NPC's)

• LT Rebekah Gosling, Communications Officer. Originally Comm. Officer in the RS Command Dome on Blerthmore, she transferred to the Peril when it became the FC's seat of operations. A human female, she stands 1.73 meters tall, is slender, and has brown hair streaked with auburn highlights. Gosling is 31 years old and has served the New Republic for almost five years. She is an expert at cobbling together creative solutions to engineering challenges and tactful in discussion with superiors. Recently she appears to have developed some sort of affection for the unwitting-FC, but it remains to be further explored.
• LT Euric Vandalo, Engineering Officer. A human male, Vandalo has held the position of Engineering Officer on the Peril for only a few months. Standing 1.98 meters tall, he towers over most of the bridge staff. He hails from the planet Caelum in the Elenian system of the Cadrel Expanse and joined the Rebel Squadrons when his world joined the New Republic, little more than three years ago. He makes sure the systems of the Peril run smoothly and stays in touch with Main Engineering. Vandalo is 35 years old. Vandalo recently came under suspicion when six Caelum nationals destroyed the STRK Halberd in a terrorist attack.
• MAJ Cluj Alatar, Weapons Officer. Alatar, a Mon Calamari male, has served aboard the Peril for four years. During this time he was promoted to the position of Chief Weapons Officer and certain displays on the bridge were adapted so that he could make better use of them. During his time with the Peril he has become quite adept at maximizing its firepower in battle situations. A warm and jovial figure, Alatar stands 1.68 meters tall, has earthy brown skin, and is slightly overweight. He is 46 years old.
• CMDR Cyril Octavius, XO. A human male, Octavius hails from Yaga Minor and is a distant cousin of Dave Trebonious-Astoris, being the grandson of the sister of Dave's mother. After Dave had been made captain of the Peril in the fleet of Grand Admiral Thrawn, Octavius graduated from the Imperial Academy and Dave made sure that he was assigned to his ship, the Peril (36GrS). Octavius has never left the ship, and has gradually risen up the ranks over the course of eight years of service until he is now XO. Dave would trust no one other than a family member such as Octavius to command the ship in his absence. Octavius is 28 years old, stands 1.83 meters tall, has striking blond hair and sports a carefully-trimmed goatee. Octavius plays his cards close to the chest but is assumed by all to be unquestioningly loyal to his cousin and superior.
• SGT Raymond Sejanus, CO of Gryphon Commandos. Sejanus, a human male, is from the world of Churba. An expert in hand-to-hand combat and surveillance, he was appointed to head up the FC's personal bodyguard unit when Dave became FC earlier in the year 44GrS. A product of both Intelligence Academy and Special Forces Boot Camp, Sejanus is an accomplished fighter. His shorter stature should not fool anybody into thinking him harmless. He stands 1.52 meters tall and has dark skin and shortly cropped black hair.
• CMDR Mike "Madclown" Clovis, CO of Axe Squadron. Clovis, a human male from Chandrila, commands the Peril's lone fighter squadron. A veteran from the days when Dave commanded Crusader Fleet, Clovis followed Dave when he went into semi-retirement in late 43GrS. Dave placed him in command of his precious squadron of TIE Avengers. Clovis is an experienced pilot and a popular leader. His callsign is "Madclown." Clovis is 1.83 meters tall, has a full shock of brown hair, and is 33 years old.
