FireClaw Squadron is a Patriot Starfighter Group (PSG) squadron. Led by RA Licah Fox with MAJ Etain Valen Gaas as XO, FireClaw is currently the most active squadron in the PSG and is matched only by Dagger Squadron (VSG) in pilot activity in the RS.

The squadron was founded in 1996, making it one of the four oldest squadrons in the RS, along with the other current PBF squadrons. It led a relatively quiet existence until 1999, when Mike "MacMan" McEwen took over the squadron during PBF Tour 2 and led it to its first two ITOD victories. The squadron reached its highest activity and performance in PBF Tour 4, winning 7 of 8 consecutive missions; since then its activity has fluctuated, rising to high levels once more in RS Tour 2.

FireClaw has produced two RSFCs, Licah Fox and Jack Stewart, both of whom joined FireClaw as their first RS unit and spent time as Squadron CO before embarking on their extensive RS careers. Two other RSFCs, Mike "MacMan" McEwen (FireClaw CO in PBF Tour 2) and Dave Trebonious-Astoris (currently FireClaw Nine), have flown with the squadron, as well as other prominent RS members including Snappleguy, Kirghy Lommax, Sentry, Petr Tagge Margul, Trace, Strider, Xtremegene, and Alta Darklighter Bel Iblis.
