Youth

Growing up on Z'trop was nothing short of amazing, it always felt like a permanent vacation. But that didn't stop my brother and me getting into trouble every now and then. Looking back I remember the time that we got lost on one of the surrounding islands. We were trying to find some hidden treasure my parents would always go on about when we were kids. Nothing short of fantasy but it always sparked our interest. Took them five days to find us by then we were living off bugs and a tiny stream. Suffice to say we never went off by ourselves again... until we grew up a bit more of course.

Not many years later the whole family went off to Courscant as a guest of the Senator of Z'trop. It was the most amazing place I had ever seen. It was nothing like Z'trop, there were buildings everywhere. Billions and billions of people going about their lives. It was the first taste of the real Galaxy that I ever got. It wasn't beautiful but it was real, it was then that I knew I could never stay on Z'trop forever.

Two years after our trip, I was seventeen at the time, a young man named Rustin visited our resort. He caused a lot of pain and anguish for our guests to say the least. He was force sensitive and knew how to use a few powers. He cleaned out three families before my parents caught on it was him. When we confronted him he caused a commotion and somehow grabbed Kate and used her as a human shield. I don't remember everything that happened, but my parents told me I went into a rage and before they could blink Rustin was on the floor. He laid there dead with a vibroblade in his neck. I didn't know what happened, we never had any idea what I was capable of. After that I think a few years went by that my parents were afraid of me. I didn't blame them and in that time things like that never happened again.

Adulthood

Three years after the events of that fateful day my parents gave each of us control of part of the resort. Red, my brother, was in control of the entertainment division. Kate became the Employment Resources manager, and I was given the Security department. I don't know if that was because of the incident or not but there it was. During my time there it was mostly boring: a few minor break-ins, some theft; nothing we couldn't handle. Only interesting thing that happened was one guy found his wife cheating on him with one of our maintenance workers. That was not a fun day.

Things went on like that for many years, I always wanted to leave and go see the galaxy but things just didn't work out that way. Then on the eve of the new year 6 ABY disaster struck. The Empire attacked Z'trop, and it was a massacre. There was little warning, and the planet had almost no defenses. It was a brutal and bloody day. Amazingly our family got out alive, my parents and I on our SoroSuub Luxury Yacht, and my siblings got out on a some sort of rescue ship. But when we tried to escape something strange happened; the rescue ship went off course and blasted into hyperspace. That was the last day I ever saw my brother and sister. And everyday since then I have been searching for them.

For the last five years I have been searching for my siblings, and every time I think I get close it seems I never really was. In those five years the only real substantial clue to their whereabouts was in a heavily encrypted file I found on Courscant. It was only until recently that I was able to break some of it. All I know is that it was sent from someone named Kili in care of a group called The Nomads. Now not only do I search for my family, I will search for this Kili and their group until I get the answers I need.
