Grand Admiral

Grand Admiral is a rank used in Star Wars written fiction, often associated with the character Thrawn. When used, it often represents the highest rank possible, usually by Imperial forces. It is also a rank used in some Star Wars gaming clubs or clans, such as the leader of Emperor's Hammer. ^[[1]] It has never been used as an official Rebel Squadrons rank, although it may appear in some fictional writing when involving characters such as Thrawn, who members of the RS and New Republic at large are unfamiliar with at this point in the timeline.
