The Rebel Squadrons High Command (HC) is the highest authority in the RS. It is composed of the Platform Coordinators and Aldermen, five officers in total. Decisions are made by a majority vote from this group, and discussion and voting is moderated by the RSFC, RSXO, and RSIO.

High Command also includes on discussions a Special Advisors group composed of members whose opinion is deemed helpful to the current FC.
