High Command

The Rebel Squadrons High Command (HC) is the highest authority in the RS. It is composed of the COs from the four largest Divisions and five Aldermen appointed by the FC. Decisions are made by a majority vote from this group, and discussion and voting is moderated by the RSFC, RSXO, and RSIO. Each corresponding Division XO participates in discussion and is ready to vote in case the CO is away.

Historically, High Command has included on discussions a group named Honorary High Command (HHC), composed of former high-ranking members (RSFCs, Fleet COs, and such) whose opinion was deemed helpful to the current FC. HHC was removed by Kaz Falcion in 2008.
