Liberation Day

Liberation Day is one of three festival days recognised and celebrated by the New Republic.

It is held on the day between months eight and nine and is used as a symbolic approximation of the anniversary of the liberation of Coruscant by the New Republic from Imperial power during 41GrS. It is celebrated with massive fireworks on Coruscant.
