Former Redemption CO, former Academy CO, Honorary High Command

Matt "Stallion" Wiliams has a long history of RS service. He was the CO of the Academy in the year before it was disbanded. He also served as Redemption Fleet CO, making him one of the few individuals who has commanded more than one Fleet. These days he remains a member of Honorary High Command; he is kept around largely for his famed "sexy Stallion dance."
