Imperial vessel.

History

Reinforced an Imperial complex under attack by Republic Shield forces investigating the region. The vessel’s arrival abated the attack force for a while, which in turn attracted Republic Shield reinforcements led by the Strike Cruiser Dragon's Fire, who recklessly engaged the vessel. The vessel successfully drove off the Strike Cruiser Dragon’s Fire, and its supporting ships, the Light Calamari Cruiser Madron and the Strike Frigate Idiot's Array, by pummelling their defences and knocking out their shields. The capital ships soon fled before the vessel could lash into their hull too deeply. The vessel then turned its attention to protecting the complex from elements of the attack force that persisted. However, despite the vessel’s defence of the complex, the outpost survived only as long as the vessel, as Republic Shield forces rallied and launched a devastating attack upon the Imperial forces. Destroyed by Republic Shield forces. (IBG504)
