    The Seraph-class heavy cruiser is a heavy star cruiser designed by the Allegiance Battle Group for the navy as a general-purpose vessel capable of interception, heavy combat, and heavy escort mission profiles. More expensive than normal vessels of its size, the Seraph-class heavy cruiser was designed to engage and defeat much larger vessels.
