    Republic Shield vessel.

    History

Rendezvoused at a neutral fuel and supply depot in Imperial space. Left Republic Shield forces behind while the vessel entered hyperspace, to destroy any Imperial scouts attempting to follow the fleet. (RgF110)

Part of Republic Shield and T'Seran Resistance task force led by the Calamari Cruiser Ad Astra in the liberation of the T'Seran system from Imperial occupation. Stumbled upon Imperial patrol, and left the Frigate Unforgiven to deal with the patrol force whilst the rest of the task force headed further in-system to begin the battle with the Imperial defenders. (RgF111b)

Reinforced Republic Shield forces protecting an Independent Ynian Fleet supply convoy from Imperial forces led by the Victory Star Destroyer Wolverine in the Ynia Cluster. The Wolverine abandoned the assault and withdrew from the combat zone when the Stingray arrived to engage the Imperial vessel. (Zodiac002)

Reinforced Republic Shield forces defending the defecting Strike Cruiser Apostate, which was under attack by Imperial forces led by the Escort Carrier Nebula. Imperial forces had already staged an unsuccessful attempt to reclaim the vessel, and so had decided to simply destroy it instead, to prevent it from succeeding in its defection. The vessel proved as an effective counter to the Nebula, and rallied Republic Shield forces into a final flurry of defence while the Strike Cruiser escaped into hyperspace. The vessel then led Republic Shield forces in engaging the remaining Imperial forces, annihilating them. (RgF308)

Led Republic Shield forces in the capture operation of the abandoned pirate platform Kodiak. Republic Shield forces cleared the automated defence systems, and paved the way for its capture. Launched the transport Storm boarded the abandoned station and captured it. Also launched the transport Wind and the shuttle Rain, which shipped a skeleton crew to run the station and a repair crew to repair it, respectively. Defended against Imperial forces delivered to the combat zone by the Frigates Virgo and Pisces, and the Escort Carrier Gemini. Assisted by New Republic forces led by the Strike Cruiser Sulu, which helped drive off the Gemini and secure the zone around the station. (RgF403)
