At my request, MATEO 15 created a wing in the RS for Tie Fighter under DaT in Dec 1995. The wing originally was just Storm Squadron. I never really considered it a "Wing" until it had the membership to qualify as such, prolly soon after I took over as FC. Of course, he oversaw Storm Squadron and Wing and Retribution, and then the HC elected him the Acting FC spot in Dec after they realized I was missing. I guess to show he was only Acting FC, he refered to himself as CnC. In April 1997, upon my return, I formally resigned the FC post and put up the item for vote in the HC to make DaT the official FC and to consider him as such from Dec 1996. After this, he continued to refer to himself as CnC, but this practice didn't stick past his term as FC. I'll try to confirm as much of this as possible. We can add this to his info though cuz it's pretty close (close enough). RC and Macman can fill in details in 1997.
