Talk:New Members FAQ

The Ops Manual is supposed to fulfill this role. It is no doubt somewhat out-of-date and could probably use some additional material such as you have suggested here, but we can probably just update it rather than scrapping it in favor of an entirely new FAQ. It is possible that new members ignore it because it isn't titled something obvious like "FAQ." We might want to rename it. --Dave 17:08, 25 August 2006 (EDT)

Yeah, the current Ops Manual is mostly 'teoretical' stuff. If those 'practical things' could be implemented, that would be fine. --DaLe 21:01, 25 August 2006 (EDT)
