Tlir

One of the more isolated worlds of the Kartuiin Sector, Tlir was also one of the earliest settled worlds in the region. It is ruled as a traditional monarchy by the Delacroix family. The current leader is the marginally accommodating Ignatius Delacroix, last surviving son of the line, and his seat of power is in the capital city of Myadar. Myadar stands on a plateau within the Galerian mountain range. It is the largest and oldest city on Tlir. Though there are no Imperial forces stationed in the city, there is a large base in the valley below Myadar. East of the mountains is the city of Escariot, and southwest of the massive range that runs north-south across Tlir’s main continent is the city of Rinera. Coastal cities include Werit, Salaris, and Beradorn. Anerion, Quinteth, and Elidal lie on an adjacent, smaller continent, and another continent holds the larger cities of Yartha and Natch. Tlir has been held by the Empire since the coming of Vertil Dargan to the Kartuiin Sector. He brought the local population into line and stationed troops there, to keep an eye on mining interests out of Yartha and Natch. The contingent south of Myadar is designed to keep the Delacroix and their Loyalists from trying anything rash.
