Web design

This course will essentially cover css, tables, and frames for web design, with an emphasis on using css. It will also cover issues like accessibility, although such issues aren't nearly as prominent for the RS due to everyone probably being able to see and such.

This course may tie in with the XHTML and CSS courses.
