Proposed System
This system is not a definitive system, but is a first attempt at taking the XvTED Academy program into perspective with the skills system. The following table should be discussed, with suggestions for modifying or improving it.

| 5 | Experienced | Graduation of XvTED Acad Level 2 course |
| 6 | Advanced | Graduation of XvTED Acad Level 2 course with honours (or through Challenge course) |
| 7 | Highly Advanced | Graduation of one XvTED Acad Level 3 course OR through proven work with ITOD |
| 8 | Minor Expert | Graduation of two XvTED Acad Level 3 courses OR through proven work with ITOD over prolonged period of time |
| 9 | Expert | Graduation of three XvTED Acad Level 3 courses OR through proven work with ITOD over extensive period of time |
| 10 | Top Expert | Graduation of XvTED Acad Level 4 course OR through extensive work on personal mission building projects as well as ITOD construction |
