Andy was born on Metellos in 19 GrS to father Thynref Malroes and mother Altair Drebsice. He grew up in the slums around stratablock 5, living as a pickpocket he formed a gang of thieves when he was 12, offering a more secure life for many of the younger orphans in the area. This "gang" would later go on to form the backbone of several failed uprisings in the slums.

==Political Struggles==
Andy was a major player in the events that unfolded on Metellos, founding the "Strata Bloc," a miltant group opposed to the tyranny of the Empire. The slums of Metellos were the perfect breeding ground for the radical ideas he espoused and soon a full scale uprising was in motion.
===The First Uprising of Stratablock 5===
The events that set the first uprising in motion were triggered off when a MetSec officer shot a sixteen year old, the sixteen year old was one of the founding members of Andy's pickpocket gang. A spontaneous riot broke out, the citizens holding the girl up as a symbol of all the injustice that the empire represented. With the majority of the slums mobilizing against MetSec, the poorly armed private security force was overwhelmed, leading to reactionary elements loyal to the empire, infiltrating the ranks of the newly formed Worker's Council. This ultimately served the downfall of the uprising as the reactionary elements began to split apart the unified front of the revolution, eventually the people became disgruntled with the constant bickering and returned to their normal lives, though this uprising only lasted two weeks and was only succesful in bringing further repression upon the slums, it provided Andy with several key ideas for the next attempt he would make.

===The First Uprising of Metellos===
The second uprising was started only six months after the first and lasted 2 months ending in a massacre. Andy, while not an influential figure in the first uprising, soon gained fame and infamy as he took up arms and founded the "Strata Bloc". Realising that an isolated uprising was doomed to fail, he reached out to other the other slums covering the underbelly of the planet. A planet-wide general strike was called, crippling the economy of the planet. The revolution had begun anew. The first goal was to attack the lifestyles of the aristocrats, Andy put together a small squad of trusted friends and infiltrated the stratablock 5 powerplant. Groups across the planet simultaneously brought the power grid down. This action earned Andy the nickname "Mynock", as he drained the elite of their power. The second phase of the uprising was the procurement of weapons, the call went out and smugglers poured in from across the galaxy, wholesale sacking of imperial weapon caches spread across the planet leaving the imperials sorely lacking in firepower. After 1 month of open street fighting, the planet was in the hands of the revolutionaries. This however was short lived as reinforcements arrived from nearby systems, the tide had turned. Indiscriminate slaughter plagued the streets, barricades that had once held at bay dozens of stormtroopers were obliterated as atmospheric bombers cleared the streets of any dissenters. Andy's parents died when a shoulder-mounted missile launcher backfired killing thirteen people. The revolution was once again pushed underground.

==Exile, Capture & Escape==
Following the failed revolution and the death of several close friends and the death of his parents, Andy stowed away on an outbound freighter hoping to leave his past behind. It is unclear as to where this exile took Andy, but he resurfaced in
41:3 when a New Republic task force captured an Imperial prison ship Andy was being held on, when asked how he had been imprisoned he stated that he could not remember any of the ordeal or the circumstances leading up to it. It was quickly established that all the prisoners had this amnesia, so the New Republic soldiers made the uneasy choice of reincarcerating the prisoners, for fear that a spy or a sleeper agent was among those they had freed. A decision that would leave Andy resenting the New Republic for many years to come. This resentment coupled with his base desire for freedom, forced him to enlist the help of his fellow inmates for a daring escape attempt. An attempt that regretfully cost the lives of 4 NR soldiers and 9 prisoners. Andy and 6 other inmates made it to a shuttle and managed to escape the clutches of their oppressors.

===Return To Metellos===
With his identity never learned of by the NR, Andy was a free man once more, he set course for his homeworld to once again lend his body in the sacrifice for freedom. What he discovered was something he had not expected. The NR, now with Coruscant under its belt, had swiftly liberated Metellos and several other core worlds in a series of epic victories. This left Andy's plans of revolution in limbo, as large popular support backed the newly formed government. His former comrades, now NR Spec Ops Guerrila Fighters, urged him to give up the fight, which in 43:6 GrS he eventually did, enlisting in the NR military.

A former freedom fighter, Andy passed basic training with relative ease, earning himself a place as an NCO in charge of a small commando squad. His first mission, taking out the power grid of an entrenched Imperial position on a newly liberated planet, ended in utter failure with 2 of the 5 men under his command being captured and subsequently shot. This set back in the elimination of the power grid ultimately cost the NR the planet as the imps were able to hold out until reiinforcements from the next sector arrived. While the primary objective was a failure, Andy was able to acquire up-to-date imperial encryption codes, which led to several major imperial offensives being thwarted. This action caused the top brass to take note of this up-and-coming-star. Later that year, Andy was transfered to the Zealot Special Operations Group, however after several months in the academy, Zealot had been deemed Rogue Operators and a new bunch of Bad-Ass-Mother-Fuckers were needed, all students within the academy were immediately pushed through to graduation and his time as a Zealot was to begin.

Arhkman had an easy early life, his parents both with well paying jobs allowed him to get a good education (albeit a bit warped by the New Order's teachings.) Arhkman graduated at the age of 20 and immediately began work with his uncle at Denon Holonet.
Over his short "career" (spanning only one year) with Denon Holonet, Arhkman's views became increasingly more cynical as the months wore on. He eventually defected to the Rebel Alliance in 3 ABY. Offering his services as a war time journalist, he would travel between squadrons looking for stories of incredible heroics and bravery, several times during the rebellion era he would be attached to a squadron as a temporary fighter pilot, he was a mediocre pilot but was noted as being "someone you could count on to watch your back".
After being transferred back to the MC80 "Propaganda" Arhkman continued to hone his skills in the onboard training simulator as his time with the "Boys on the front line" really inspired him.
After the fall of the Empire in 4 ABY, Arhkman went back to being a freelance journalist, but he would not forget the feeling of being behind the control stick of a BTL Y-wing bomber/fighter and enlisted with Rebel Sqaudrons, an intact hangover from the good ol' days, in 8 ABY.

== Early Life ==

Born and raised on the planet Denon, Arhkman had an easy early life, his parents both with well paying jobs allowed him to get a good education (albeit a bit warped by the New Order's teachings.) Arhkman graduated at the age of 20 and immediately began work with his uncle at Denon Holonet.
Over his short "career" (spanning only one year) with Denon Holonet, Arhkman's views became increasingly more cynical as the months wore on. He eventually defected to the Rebel Alliance in 3 ABY. Offering his services as a war time journalist, he would travel between squadrons looking for stories of incredible heroics and bravery, several times during the rebellion era he would be attached to a squadron as a temporary fighter pilot, he was a mediocre pilot but was noted as being "someone you could count on to watch your back".
After being transferred back to the MC80 "Propaganda" Arhkman continued to hone his skills in the onboard training simulator as his time with the "Boys on the front line" really inspired him.
