Adhemar is a Human male from the Palace District of Coruscant. He went on to join the Rebel Alliance (and eventually the New Republic) as a starfighter pilot.
==History==

Adhemar Voltin was born on Coruscant during the year 22 BBY to Baron and Baroness Voltin, amongst the controversy surrounding the beginning of the Clone Wars. When he was 13 years of age (9 BBY), his parents were involved in a high-altitude speeder accident, and died shortly thereafter. He and his younger brother, Salaban, were placed in an Imperial sponsored orphanage while the Empire took control of the family assets.

At the age of 16, he escaped from the orphanage with his brother. They found the warehouse where their family assets were being held via a simple holonet search, and broke in to find what was left of their parents' possessions. They found a number of valuable objects in the warehouse, including a ship. Their father had maintained a civilianized version of a Corellian Gunship for his use during business. The brothers loaded the ship's cargo spaces with as much of the family's valuables with the intention of flying the ship off-planet. Unfortunately, Adhemar had not received any flight training at this point. Fortunately, there were a few droids on the bridge able to pilot the ship. They ordered the droids to fly the ship to to its most recent off-world destination which, for some unknown reason, was Mos Eisley on the planet Tatooine. Upon arrival, the brothers did their best to sell off the valuables they brought with them, including the ship they arrived in. Once this was accomplished, they split the money and decided to go their own separate ways.

For a time, Adhemar drifted around Mos Eisley picking up odd jobs until he found a crew position on a freighter bound for Naboo. He took the job and worked his way to Naboo, where he attempted to settle down in the small city of Moenia. By this time (2 BBY) rumors of a Rebellion were spreading, especially in the liberal city of Moenia. It was there that Adhemar joined what was to become the Alliance Starfighter Corps as part of a training unit known as Vortex Squadron. The unit flew the only ships available to them at the time, which were Z-95s and Y-wings. Once he completed the required training, he was transferred to a small resistance unit on Averam. There, he gained notoriety by participating in daring raids on Imperial convoys bound for Coruscant. It was here that he started using his family title of Baron as his call sign. He remained stationed there until shortly after the Battle of Yavin.

After the Rebellion's victory at the Battle of Yavin, the brash young Voltin was selected to be part of a new unit stationed on the moon of Naboo, Rori. Here, he joined Sabre squadron and flew with famous Alliance Aces such as Li Coden, Leaph Chausew, and Halyn Lance. He quickly rose through the ranks to eventually command all the space forces in the area for a short time, during which he set up the defection of an Imperial pilot, [[Bhramzee Murteik]]. He was relieved of this command due to insubordination to Alliance High Command. This lead to Adhemar being dishonorably discharged from the Starfighter Corps altogether.

However, the discharge was a cleverly disguised ruse to transfer Adhemar to Alliance Intelligence. With them he led a task force based in the Moddell Sector aboard an old Victory-class Star Destroyer renamed the Jesse. Their mission was to infiltrate Imperial-held planets in the Moddell sector in order to form and train resistance movements. This forced the local Imperial forces to focus their attention at home, and not on the Alliance ships operating in the area. He lead this task force successfully until shortly after the Battle of Endor.

After the Battle of Endor, he continued to fly missions for Alliance Intelligence. The majority of his work included scouting Imperial-held systems for weaknesses. Through his intelligence gathering efforts (along with others), the Alliance was able to liberate dozens of systems as the Empire disintigrated.

He was then transferred back to the Starfighter Corps to support the New Republic's starfighter squadrons in the [[Greeop system]] towards the end of 7 ABY, after the capture of Coruscant. He served with the [[Intrepid Battle Group]] as part of Wildcard Squadron, along with piloting TIE's for more clandestine missions as part of the [[Retribution Wing]]. During a reconnaissance mission in Imperial territory, his fighter was damaged and he was forced to abandon it. He was close to dead when he was retrieved by the support shuttle that his wingmates called in. This incident resulted in an extended stay in the medical center at [[Blerthmore]]. During the fateful [[Battle of Blerthmore]], he was still confined to his quarters pending medical clearance for flight status. Upon his return to active duty, he was assigned to the recently formed [[Vigilance Starfighter Group]]. Within months of his return he was transferred to the Redemption Fleet to serve as the Executive Officer. He served in this capacity until a more qualified officer could takes the reigns and then returned to the VSG as part of Red Dragon Squadron.

As for his physical appearance, he is pale skinned with a small amount of freckles around his cheeks. His eyes are mostly a grey color with specks of blue. His hair is dyed white and drawn back into a ponytail that extends just below his shoulders. He also has a similarly dyed goatee which appears to be very finely groomed. He is considered short by human standards at 1.6 meters in height.

Since his days in the Rebellion, he has kept a heavily modified YT-2000, dubbed the ''[[Peregrine]]'', for his personal use and special missions.

Adhemar, unlike his younger brother, retained his Coruscanti accent, and the slightly snobbish demeanor that comes with the family title. Though, while he may seem like he distances himself from people, he is in fact fiercely loyal to anyone whom he considers a friend or wingmate.

Adhemar, first joined the Rebel Squadrons in 2005 to participate in the XWA ITODs with the IBG. He would also participate briefly in the TIE Fighter ITODs with the R2W. One day while bored between ITOD missions he decided to become involved in SWG, and eventually the Vanguard Fleet. This consumed his much of his time for the next year or so. Then, after an extended break he came back to the ranks of the regular RS and started flying XWA for the VSG. In SWG, the character named Ad'hemar Voltin is a level 90 Officer and a Rebel Ace Pilot.

In real life, Adhemar is a Fire Controlman Second Class in the United States Navy, serving onboard USS Truxtun (DDG-103).

Bhramzee Murteik is a Zabrak pilot from Iridonia. She joined the Imperial Navy as a TIE Fighter pilot and eventually went on to defect othe Rebel Alliance.

Bhramzee was born in 21 BBY on Iridonia. Not much is known about her childhood, but it is known that she was raised to admire the discipline, which led her to eventually enrolling in the Imperial Academy on Carida to become a TIE Fighter Pilot. She graduated from the academy without honors in 3BBY.

From the Imperial Academy she was assigned to a TIE FIghter squadron onboard the Imperial Star Destroyer ''Motivator''. Despite her average marks at the Academy, she excelled in starfighter combat and tactics. After losing her squadron commander in a friendly fire incident, she was selected to lead the squadron and promoted to the rank of Captain. In 1 ABY, Bhramzee was selected for the TIE Oppressor test pilot program, and was given access to virtually every advanced starfighter the Empire had to offer. Yet again she excelled, and was promoted to Leiutenant Commander for her outstanding performance. However her status as a non-Human female greatly hindered her chances of further promotion. Gossip among the test pilots about how she rose through the ranks so quickly took its toll on her integrity. The result of the gossip was a swift, extremely biased investigation of fraternization between Bhramzee and the test program commander. The investigation turned up no concrete evidence, but she was removed from the test program regardless. She was then transferred to the Imperial customs station in the Naboo system, to take command of a VT-49 Decimator.

Furious at her removal from the test program, she decided to defect to the Rebellion, and carry with her all the knowledge she acquired during the test program. Through [[Adhemar Voltin]], her contact with the Rebellion, she persueded Alliance Admiral Burke to send starfighter squadrons to escort her and her ship to the Rebel base. Imperial commanders intercepted some of the tranmissions between the Rebel Alliance and Lt. Commander Murteik, and ordered the local TIE squadrons to intercept and destroy the Zabrak pilot. An intense battle ensued as Bhramzee piloted her Decimator, now renamed as the ''Defector'' towards Rori as Alliance pilots held back the Imperial forces. Ultimately, she successfully defected and was welcomed into the intelligence division on Rori. She conveyed her knowledge of advanced Imperial starfighters to the Rebels, ultimately negating any advantage that the new fighters would have had. For a time she led a training squadron (dubbed Mayhem Squadron) of various TIE starfighters to provide training to Rebel pilots on how to counter Imperial tactics.

He and his younger brother, Salaban, were placed in an Imperial sponsored orphanage while the Empire took control of the family assets.

At the age of 16, he escaped from the orphanage with his brother. They found the warehouse where their family assets were being held via a simple holonet search, and broke in to find what was left of their parents' possessions. They found a number of valuable objects in the warehouse, including a ship. Their father had maintained a civilianized version of a Corellian Gunship for his use during business. The brothers loaded the ship's cargo spaces with as much of the family's valuables with the intention of flying the ship off-planet. Unfortunately, Adhemar had not received any flight training at this point. Fortunately, there were a few droids on the bridge able to pilot the ship. They ordered the droids to fly the ship to to its most recent off-world destination which, for some unknown reason, was Mos Eisley on the planet Tatooine. Upon arrival, the brothers did their best to sell off the valuables they brought with them, including the ship they arrived in. Once this was accomplished, they split the money and decided to go their own separate ways.

For a time, Adhemar drifted around Mos Eisley picking up odd jobs until he found a crew position on a freighter bound for Naboo. Adhemar is a Human male from the Palace District of Coruscant. He went on to join the Rebel Alliance (and eventually the New Republic) as a starfighter pilot.
==History==

Adhemar Voltin was born on Coruscant during the year 22 BBY to Baron and Baroness Voltin, amongst the controversy surrounding the beginning of the Clone Wars. When he was 13 years of age (9 BBY), his parents were involved in a high-altitude speeder accident, and died shortly thereafter. He and his younger brother, Salaban, were placed in an Imperial sponsored orphanage while the Empire took control of the family assets.

At the age of 16, he escaped from the orphanage with his brother. They found the warehouse where their family assets were being held via a simple holonet search, and broke in to find what was left of their parents' possessions. They found a number of valuable objects in the warehouse, including a ship. Their father had maintained a civilianized version of a Corellian Gunship for his use during business. The brothers loaded the ship's cargo spaces with as much of the family's valuables with the intention of flying the ship off-planet. Unfortunately, Adhemar had not received any flight training at this point. Fortunately, there were a few droids on the bridge able to pilot the ship. They ordered the droids to fly the ship to to its most recent off-world destination which, for some unknown reason, was Mos Eisley on the planet Tatooine. Upon arrival, the brothers did their best to sell off the valuables they brought with them, including the ship they arrived in. Once this was accomplished, they split the money and decided to go their own separate ways.

For a time, Adhemar drifted around Mos Eisley picking up odd jobs until he found a crew position on a freighter bound for Naboo. He took the job and worked his way to Naboo, where he attempted to settle down in the small city of Moenia. By this time (2 BBY) rumors of a Rebellion were spreading, especially in the liberal city of Moenia. It was there that Adhemar joined what was to become the Alliance Starfighter Corps as part of a training unit known as Vortex Squadron. The unit flew the only ships available to them at the time, which were Z-95s and Y-wings. Once he completed the required training, he was transferred to a small resistance unit on Averam. There, he gained notoriety by participating in daring raids on Imperial convoys bound for Coruscant. It was here that he started using his family title of Baron as his call sign. He remained stationed there until shortly after the Battle of Yavin.

After the Rebellion's victory at the Battle of Yavin, the brash young Voltin was selected to be part of a new unit stationed on the moon of Naboo, Rori. Here, he joined Sabre squadron and flew with famous Alliance Aces such as Li Coden, Leaph Chausew, and Halyn Lance. He quickly rose through the ranks to eventually command all the space forces in the area for a short time. He was relieved of this command due to insubordination to Alliance High Command. This lead to Adhemar being dishonorably discharged from the Starfighter Corps altogether.

However, the discharge was a cleverly disguised ruse to transfer Adhemar to Alliance Intelligence. With them he led a task force based in the Polus System aboard an old Victory-class Star Destroyer renamed the Jesse. Their mission was to infiltrate Imperial-held planets in the Moddell sector in order to form and train resistance movements. This forced the local Imperial forces to focus their attention at home, and not on the Alliance ships operating in the area. He lead this task force successfully until shortly after the Battle of Endor.

After the Battle of Endor, he continued to fly missions for Alliance Intelligence. The majority of his work included scouting Imperial-held systems for weaknesses. Through his intelligence gathering efforts (along with others), the Alliance was able to liberate dozens of systems as the Empire disintigrated.

He was then transferred back to the Starfighter Corps to support the New Republic's starfighter squadrons in the [[Greeop system]] towards the end of 7 ABY, after the capture of Coruscant. He served with the [[Intrepid Battle Group]] as part of Wildcard Squadron, along with piloting TIE's for more clandestine missions as part of the [[Retribution Wing]]. During a reconnaissance mission in Imperial territory, his fighter was damaged and he was forced to abandon it. He was close to dead when he was retrieved by the support shuttle that his wingmates called in. This incident resulted in an extended stay in the medical center at [[Blerthmore]]. During the fateful [[Battle of Blerthmore]], he was still confined to his quarters pending medical clearance for flight status. Upon his return to active duty, he was assigned to the recently formed [[Vigilance Starfighter Group]]. Within months of his return he was transferred to the Redemption Fleet to serve as the Executive Officer.

As for his physical appearance, he is pale skinned with a small amount of freckles around his cheeks. His eyes are mostly a grey color with specks of blue. His hair is dyed white and drawn back into a ponytail that extends just below his shoulders. He also has a similarly dyed goatee which appears to be very finely groomed. He is considered short by human standards at 1.6 meters in height.

Since his days in the Rebellion, he has kept a heavily modified YT-2000, dubbed the ''[[Peregrine]]'', for his personal use and special missions.

Adhemar, unlike his younger brother, retained his Coruscanti accent, and the slightly snobbish demeanor that comes with the family title. Though, while he may seem like he distances himself from people, he is in fact fiercely loyal to anyone whom he considers a friend or wingmate.

Adhemar, first joined the Rebel Squadrons in 2005 to participate in the XWA ITODs wtih the IBG. He would also participate briefly in the TIE Fighter ITODs with the R2W. One day while bored between ITOD missions he decided to become involved in SWG, and eventually the Vanguard Fleet. This consumed his much of his time for the next year or so. Then, after an extended break he came back to the ranks of the regular RS and started flying XWA for the VSG. In SWG, the character named Ad'hemar Voltin is a level 90 Officer and a Rebel Ace Pilot.

In real life, Adhemar is a Fire Controlman Third Class in the United States Navy.

Salaban Voltin is a human male from the Palace District of Coruscant. After various childhood difficulties, he became a smuggler and was based out of Mos Eisley. He later joined the Rebel Alliance as part of an infantry unit, and served until the Battle of Hoth. He then returned to the life of a smuggler until the remnants of the Empire became too great a threat to his business dealings. This led him to join the New Republic as part of the Zealot Special Operations Unit.

While Adhemar decided to save a majority of his share, Salaban decided to spend it. With it, he bought his first ship. It was an old, beat-up YT-1300 which he dubbed the ''[[Aplomado]]''. He taught himself how to fly by trial and error, causing extensive damage to the already shabby spacecraft. Eventually, he came to master it, and find work transporting cargo between planets. At first, he barely made ends meat, and he had to scrimp and scrape to keep the ship operable. Then, by a chance meeting with a man in a Mos Eisley cantina, he was given an offer by the Smuggler's Alliance to smuggle cargo for them. This thrust Salaban into the life of a smuggler. Though considered very young to be a smuggler, the reputation he had developed over the course of his first two years of transporting for moving cargo significantly ahead of schedule proved that he was capable enough.

Over the next four years he continued to smuggle cargo, specifically weapons to various crime lords and gangsters throughout the galaxy via the Smuggler's Alliance. He most likely would have continued had he not recieved a holomail from his brother, asking him to join the Rebel Alliance. Feeling a sense of family loyalty, Salaban immediately dropped everything, including the job that he was in the middle of, and joined the Rebel Alliance. He joined the Rebel Army and was assigned to a special operations group known as the [[Vanguard Division]]. He would serve with this group through the Battle of Restuss, earning commendations for valor above and beyond the call of duty. He also contributed his smuggling experiance to the group, moving vital cargo past Imperial blockades. He continued to serve in those two capacities until the Battle of Hoth, which he was on the front lines for. After witnessing the Imperials crush the Rebel base, he could not find the will to continue fighting. So, once he helped evacuate Echo Base, moving personnel to the fleet's rendezvous point, he took his leave and slipped back into the life of a smuggler.

He would smuggle for the various crime organizations for many years to come, long with some smuggling for the Rebel Alliance at his brother's request. He continued to smuggle weapons through the Battle of Endor, up until 9 ABY, when the increased appearance of Imperial patrols started encroaching upon trade routes. He then brought his ship to the ISD ''[[Redemption]]'' after obtaining the coordinates from his brother. After a short time, he was assigned to the [[Zealot Special Operations Unit]].

==Personality==
During his time as both a smuggler, and a soldier for the Rebellion (and eventually the New Republic), Salaban has developed a few...quirks.
*His accent is similar to what would be expected of a smuggler, although it has a slight Coruscanti twinge to it.
*He doesn't feel secure unless he is heavily armed. He carries at least one blaster pistol on his person at all possible times, if not several.
*He doesn't use his hereditary title of Baron unless he absolutely has to.
*He has a strong sense of loyalty, which directly resulted in his enlistment into the Rebellion. This loyalty is also extended to select members of the respective units he has served in, who he feels have earned it in some way.
*He loathes canines due to an unfortunate incident during his initial stay in Mos Eisley.

Joshua born on the planet Tralus in the Corellia system to Jordan and Karyn Arands, and has a sister Jesalynn who is two years younger than he is. Tralus is one of two planets that revolve around Centerpoint Station, which in turn orbits the star Corell. The two worlds, Tralus and Talus, are referred to as the Double Worlds, and are ruled by the elected Federation of Double Worlds, or Fed-Dub. While neither planet is as well known as Corellia, they are important providers of agricultural and mineral products in the system.

Both his maternal and paternal families have lived on Tralus for several hundred generations. Both families are upper-middle class, so it was a surprise when Jordan Arands chose to open up a repair yard rather than following his father into politics. Jordan was always good with his hands though, and a smart businessman as well. Pretty soon, his starship and droid repair yard was one of the most trusted and popular repair facilities in the sector.

When Joshua wasn't being schooled, he would spend his time at the yards. His father taught him a lot in those early years and by the time he finished his education at 16, Joshua was a competent mechanic and a skilled, if not impetuous pilot.

== Background - Fed-Dub ==

Shortly after leaving school, Joshua joined the Tralusian academy for Fed-Dub's security force. He attended a basic training program for a month and spent another six months in flight training before graduating with high marks. Two reprimands remain in his training service jacket for exceeding the recommended thresholds on a training fighter, which resulted in damage to the craft. Upon graduation, he was assigned to Theta Squadron, one of four of the Z-95 fighter squadrons of the Federation's Defense Force.

During his 9 months of active duty in Fed-Dub, Joshua was promoted once and given two citations of valor from CorSec for assisting with their operations to capture fleeing criminals. Although he didn't realize it at the time, he was being rewarded for helping the Empire to hunt down those that they suspected of rebellious activity.

While on leave near the end of his first tour, Joshua met another young, skilled pilot named Salonika Batrad. A young idealist, Batrad believed in a cause only spoken about in whispers in the Corell system - the Rebellion. Following an evening of discussion and ale, Joshua began to seriously rethink what he was doing with his life. Although it took him most of his leave to make his decision, Batrad's play on his ego won out, and he was convinced that the rebellion would never succeed without him. Joshua resigned his commission with Fed-Dub and left the system with Batrad a few days later. Within three weeks, the pair had established contact with a fringe group of the rebellion, and joined the cause without a backwards glance.

== Background - Rebel Dawn ==

It didn't take long for Joshua to make it past the crude 'training' that the rebellion provided. He was assigned to a fighter squadron within a week of arrival. X-wings were in short supply at the time and his training in a Z-95 got him an immediate assignment with the Galliant Defense Squadron. When that squadron was re-formed, the GDS pilots were assigned to Rezkomaro Outpost as Gold Squadron. The unit was successfully used to intercept Imperial convoys along the Rim and engage Imperial fighters as needed.

Joshua was barely eighteen years old when he and his senior wingman Sescikchat were transferred to Green Squadron at Yavin HQ. The base was outfitted with Y-wing and X-wings, and he was supposed to be assigned to one of the X-wing squadrons once it was re-supplied with more fighters. This was a definite step in the right direction for the two pilots. Flying in one of the space superiority fighters meant no more guard duty over convoys and backwater bases.

On the day of the Death Star's attack on the Yavin 4 headquarters, Joshua and many other pilots were assigned to the one of the newly arrived X-wing starfighters. While his friend Sescikchat was assigned to the War Room as an aide to the Starfighter coordinator, Joshua was assigned to Red Five until he was bumped by another pilot and joined Sescikchat in the War Room.

Following the battle, Sescikchat and Joshua were the only remaining pilots of Green Squadron. A few weeks after the battle, General Jan Dodonna spoke to a group of squadron leaders, including Sescikchat. Following this meeting, Sescikchat recruited Joshua as a test pilot for a new prototype fighter. As Green Squadron was pretty much non-existent and had little hope of replacement fighters right away, Joshua agreed. As such, Josh and his new CO were the two first test pilots of the Dodonna/Blissex RZ-1 A-wing fighter.

Joshua had always been accused of pushing his fighters to the limits of their design capabilities, demanding more of them than any sane pilot would. This proved to be an advantage as a test pilot and flying the prototypes hard and fast discovered several early design flaws, only once to his misfortune. He was lucky, however and was treated and released for extended exposure in zero-g following a complete power failure of one prototype.

== Background - Resurrection Squadron ==

Weeks after his recovery, Joshua was transferred to Outpost 27 on Rori, one of Naboo's moons. There were no A-wings available to the rebel cell, so he was assigned to a newly formed unit of X-wings called Resurrection Squadron. He was paired up with a rather intimidating Lieutenant j.g. named Lucas Benoit-Stark. the unit's CO, Cody Qel-Droma, referred to Stark as "Ironman" and after a few missions on his wing, Joshua discovered why. The pair adapted well to each others' flying style and became a formidable team on every mission.

===Early Life===

Fiona Starfall, some said, had been born with a silver spoon in her mouth. She was a daughter of Coruscant, growing up in the higher echelons of society both by birth and by occupation - her mother was a noble of Corulag and later a respected member of the Imperial Diplomatic Corps, and her father was a senior Imperial Navy captain. The couple had Fiona, their only child, much later than the upper class was expected to settle down and raise a family.

From the outset, Fiona was gifted with impressive charisma and an unshakeable will. Although this sometimes made life very difficult for her parents while she was growing up, both of them recognized the potential that their daughter had. Fiona's upbringing was surprisingly carefree, compared to the families that were considered her peers. When the other children were off learning proper manners or preparing musical presentations which their parents could use as political bargaining chips, Fiona was off gallivanting around the Core Systems with her father, who gradually taught her something that would later shape her future: nothing, was more important than principles.

As a thoroughly indoctrinated Imperial child, Fiona's thoughts turned toward a career serving the Empire. Her willpower and hard work allowed her to finish school early and at the top of her class. Seeking a challenge, she turned her eyes toward the uniformed services. Both of her parents wanted her to follow in her mother's footsteps as diplomat, knowing that the combination of her determination and ability to flatter people would have made her an excellent negotiator. However, Fiona had other ideas. On her seventeenth birthday, she entered the Raithal Academy to become an officer in the Imperial Marines, one of the first non-clone stormtroopers the Empire had recruited.

===Imperial Service===

Raithal taught Fiona many things. She learned how to be a soldier. She learned how to command troops in the field, and about different kind of starships. She even learned to fly TIE fighters at one point, although she only ever flew in sims, never out in combat. The lessons that would shape her future, though, were when she learned how to be an Imperial officer. To her, the Empire really was the bright jewel of the galaxy, upholding freedom and protecting people across every star system. There may have been flaws, but the wrongs were committed by individuals, not by the Empire itself. Ironically, the very idealism and confidence bred into Fiona at Raithal would be what made her turn her back on the Empire.

Four years later, Fiona was wearing the uniform of an Imperial Captain, in charge of the marine company embarked on one of the many Strike Cruisers assigned to patrol the Mid Rim. She spent her days searching for traces of the Rebel Alliance and capturing or killing its members who preyed on innocent Imperial lives. There were times where her conscience bothered her, and she never ordered her company to take more lives than necessary to complete a mission. As far as she was concerned, the Rebels had declared themselves the enemy when they chose to attack the Empire, and there was no reason to let an enemy live unnecessarily.

===A New Era===

One day, however, everything changed in a flash. Fiona's annual leave was coming up, and she had made plans to meet her parents on Alderaan for a family vacation. Much to her annoyance, her departure from her post was delayed by a day due to an error of paperwork.

It turned out that an error of paperwork would save her life.

Like many others, Fiona was shocked and horrified by the destruction of Alderaan. Her parents had arrived several days before Fiona was scheduled to meet them, and much to her dismay, they had been on the doomed world when the Death Star came into orbit. Worst of all, however, was the Imperial Navy's response: that Alderaan had to be made an example of, and that the people shouldn't grieve for the losses of innocents but celebrate the victory over the Rebellion In Fiona's mind, though, something essential gave way. She had believed for years that the Empire was a good organization that sometimes included bad people, like any organization did; but an order to destroy a planet could only have come from the Emperor himself. if the man controlling the Empire had the corrupt will to order the execution of millions of innocents and the officers of the Imperial military didn't stand against such a cruel and deprived act, then maybe the Empire really was as evil as the Rebels claimed.

Six months later, she resigned her commission as an Imperial officer and retreated to Coruscant. Once there, Fiona was contacted by a childhood friend - or, more accurately, her childhood friend's personal assistant. It turned out the woman had fled Coruscant several years before, around the same time that Fiona had joined the Imperial Marines. Fiona agreed to meet her old playmate on Corulag, her mother's birthplace. Much to Fiona's surprise, the woman was working for Alliance Intelligence.

The friend convinced Fiona to act as an agent in place, passing on juicy bits of gossip from high-society functions back to the Alliance - gossip which, Intelligence found out, had turned out to be more accurate than the bourgeois dilettantes could possibly imagine. Fiona agreed, and for almost a year she passed on small pieces of information to the Alliance. Some of this information turned out to be extremely useful to the Alliance's covert funding streams, which often either relied on or manipulated the large businesses that the Coruscanti aristocrats controlled. Unfortunately, Imperial Intelligence caught a whiff of Fiona's involvement, and the Alliance quickly smuggled her off-world.

Before long, Fiona was back in uniform aboard a starship. This time, however, she was a lieutenant and the leader of a detachment of SpecForce Marines aboard one of the Alliance's blockade runners. For the next several years Fiona was the commander of one of the Alliance's most successful raiding teams, seizing lightly defended Imperial freighters and transporting their contents to Alliance bases all over the galaxy. Fiona participated directly in several key supply raids which helped the Alliance prepare for the Battle of Endor. In the aftermath of the death of the Emperor, Fiona lead several teams of urban guerrillas to help secure her homeworld and ensure a smooth transition to the government of the New Republic.

After a few months, Fiona became restless. She decided to try her hand at a different challenge. The New Republic's fighter corps had been severely diminished after the Battle of Endor, and more pilots were needed to engage the numerous Imperial factions trying to destabilize the newly forming government. Fiona volunteered to be trained as an X-Wing pilot. She carried out her duties well for nearly five years as a member of the Third Fleet, chasing down pirates and the Imperial Remnant.

===The Rebel Squadrons===

A year ago, Fiona heard the call put out for experienced SpecForce operators. The threat of piracy and desperate assaults from the Imperial Remnant hadn't disappeared, and the New Republic needed its shipborne troopers more than ever. A series of brilliant attacks on key New Republic holdings had made High Command extremely antsy. Sensing an interesting change of pace, Fiona jumped back into the uniform of a Marine. Now, she's taken her expertise to the Rebel Squadrons, hoping for yet another adventure.

==History==

Adhemar Voltin was born on Coruscant during the year 22 BBY to Baron and Baroness Voltin, amongst the controversy surrounding the beginning of the Clone Wars. When he was 13 years of age (9 BBY), his parents were involved in a high-altitude speeder accident, and died shortly thereafter. He and his younger brother, Salaban, were placed in an Imperial sponsored orphanage while the Empire took control of the family assets.

At the age of 16, he escaped from the orphanage with his brother. They found the warehouse where their family assets were being held via a simple holonet search, and broke in to find what was left of their parents' possessions. They found a number of valuable objects in the warehouse, including a ship. Their father had maintained a civilianized version of a Corellian Gunship for his use during business. The brothers loaded the ship's cargo spaces with as much of the family's valuables with the intention of flying the ship off-planet. Unfortunately, Adhemar had not received any flight training at this point. Fortunately, there were a few droids on the bridge able to pilot the ship. They ordered the droids to fly the ship to to its most recent off-world destination which, for some unknown reason, was Mos Eisley on the planet Tatooine. Upon arrival, the brothers did their best to sell off the valuables they brought with them, including the ship they arrived in. Once this was accomplished, they split the money and decided to go their own separate ways.

For a time, Adhemar drifted around Mos Eisley picking up odd jobs until he found a crew position on a freighter bound for Naboo. He took the job and worked his way to Naboo, where he attempted to settle down in the small city of Moenia. By this time (2 BBY) rumors of a Rebellion were spreading, especially in the liberal city of Moenia. It was there that Adhemar joined what was to become the Alliance Starfighter Corps as part of a training unit known as Vortex Squadron. The unit flew the only ships available to them at the time, which were Z-95s and Y-wings. Once he completed the required training, he was transferred to a small resistance unit on Averam. There, he gained notoriety by participating in daring raids on Imperial convoys bound for Coruscant. It was here that he started using his family title of Baron as his call sign. He remained stationed there until shortly after the Battle of Yavin.

After the Rebellion's victory at the Battle of Yavin, the brash young Voltin was selected to be part of a new unit stationed on the moon of Naboo, Rori. Here, he joined Sabre squadron and flew with famous Alliance Aces such as Li Coden, Leaph Chausew, and Halyn Lance. He quickly rose through the ranks to eventually command all the space forces in the area for a short time. He was relieved of this command due to insubordination to Alliance High Command. This lead to Adhemar being dishonorably discharged from the Starfighter Corps altogether.

However, the discharge was a cleverly disguised ruse to transfer Adhemar to Alliance Intelligence. With them he led a task force based in the Polus System aboard an old Victory-class Star Destroyer renamed the Jesse. Their mission was to infiltrate Imperial-held planets in the Moddell sector in order to form and train resistance movements. This forced the local Imperial forces to focus their attention at home, and not on the Alliance ships operating in the area. He lead this task force successfully until shortly after the Battle of Endor.

After the Battle of Endor, he continued to fly missions for Alliance Intelligence. The majority of his work included scouting Imperial-held systems for weaknesses. Through his intelligence gathering efforts (along with others), the Alliance was able to liberate dozens of systems as the Empire disintigrated.

He was then transferred back to the Starfighter Corps to support the New Republic's starfighter squadrons in the [[Greeop system]] towards the end of 7 ABY, after the capture of Coruscant. He served with the [[Intrepid Battle Group]] as part of Wildcard Squadron, along with piloting TIE's for more clandestine missions as part of the [[Retribution Wing]]. During a reconnaissance mission in Imperial territory, his fighter was damaged and he was forced to abandon it. He was close to dead when he was retrieved by the support shuttle that his wingmates called in. This incident resulted in an extended stay in the medical center at [[Blerthmore]]. During the fateful [[Battle of Blerthmore]], he was still confined to his quarters pending medical clearance for flight status. Upon his return to active duty, he was assigned to the recently formed [[Vigilance Starfighter Group]]. Within months of his return he was transferred to the Redemption Fleet to serve as the Executive Officer.

As for his physical appearance, he is pale skinned with a small amount of freckles around his cheeks. His eyes are mostly a grey color with specks of blue. His hair is dyed white and drawn back into a ponytail that extends just below his shoulders. He also has a similarly dyed goatee which appears to be very finely groomed. He is considered short by human standards at 1.6 meters in height.

Since his days in the Rebellion, he has kept a heavily modified YT-2000, dubbed the ''[[Peregrine]]'', for his personal use and special missions.

Adhemar, first joined the Rebel Squadrons in 2005 to participate in the XWA ITODs wtih the IBG. He would also participate briefly in the TIE Fighter ITODs with the R2W. One day while bored between ITOD missions he decided to become involved in SWG, and eventually the Vanguard Fleet. This consumed his much of his time for the next year or so. Then, after an extended break he came back to the ranks of the regular RS and started flying XWA for the VSG.

In SWG, the character named Ad'hemar Voltin is a level 90 Officer and a Rebel Ace Pilot.

One day while bored between ITOD missions he decided to become involved in SWG, and eventually the Vanguard Fleet. This consumed his much of his time for the next year or so. Then, after an extended break he came back to the ranks of the regular RS and started flying XWA for the VSG.

Adhemar is a Human male from the Palace District of Coruscant. He went on to join the Rebel Alliance (and eventually the New Republic) as a starfighter pilot.
==History==

Adhemar Voltin was born on Coruscant during the year 22 BBY to Baron and Baroness Voltin, amongst the controversy surrounding the beginning of the Clone Wars. When he was 13 years of age (9 BBY), his parents were involved in a high-altitude speeder accident, and died shortly thereafter. He and his younger brother, Salaban, were placed in an Imperial sponsored orphanage while the Empire took control of the family assets.

At the age of 16, he escaped from the orphanage with his brother. They found the warehouse where their family assets were being held via a simple holonet search, and broke in to find what was left of their parents' possessions. They found a number of valuable objects in the warehouse, including a ship. Their father had maintained a civilianized version of a Corellian Gunship for his use during business. The brothers loaded the ship's cargo spaces with as much of the family's valuables with the intention of flying the ship off-planet. Unfortunately, Adhemar had not received any flight training at this point. Fortunately, there were a few droids on the bridge able to pilot the ship. They ordered the droids to fly the ship to to its most recent off-world destination which, for some unknown reason, was Mos Eisley on the planet Tatooine. Upon arrival, the brothers did their best to sell off the valuables they brought with them, including the ship they arrived in. Once this was accomplished, they split the money and decided to go their own separate ways.

For a time, Adhemar drifted around Mos Eisley picking up odd jobs until he found a crew position on a freighter bound for Naboo. He took the job and worked his way to Naboo, where he attempted to settle down in the small city of Moenia. By this time (2 BBY) rumors of a Rebellion were spreading, especially in the liberal city of Moenia. It was there that Adhemar joined what was to become the Alliance Starfighter Corps as part of a training unit known as Vortex Squadron. The unit flew the only ships available to them at the time, which were Z-95s and Y-wings. Once he completed the required training, he was transferred to a small resistance unit on Averam. There, he gained notoriety by participating in daring raids on Imperial convoys bound for Coruscant. It was here that he started using his family title of Baron as his call sign. He remained stationed there until shortly after the Battle of Yavin.

After the Rebellion's victory at the Battle of Yavin, the brash young Voltin was selected to be part of a new unit stationed on the moon of Naboo, Rori. Here, he joined Sabre squadron and flew with famous Alliance Aces such as Li Coden, Leaph Chausew, and Halyn Lance. He quickly rose through the ranks to eventually command all the space forces in the area for a short time. He was relieved of this command due to insubordination to Alliance High Command. This lead to Adhemar being dishonorably discharged from the Starfighter Corps altogether.

However, the discharge was a cleverly disguised ruse to transfer Adhemar to Alliance Intelligence. With them he led a task force based in the Polus System aboard an old Victory-class Star Destroyer renamed the Jesse. Their mission was to infiltrate Imperial-held planets in the Moddell sector in order to form and train resistance movements. This forced the local Imperial forces to focus their attention at home, and not on the Alliance ships operating in the area. He lead this task force successfully until shortly after the Battle of Endor.

After the Battle of Endor, he continued to fly missions for Alliance Intelligence. The majority of his work included scouting Imperial-held systems for weaknesses. Through his intelligence gathering efforts (along with others), the Alliance was able to liberate dozens of systems as the Empire disintigrated.

He was then transferred back to the Starfighter Corps to support the New Republic's starfighter squadrons in the [[Greeop system]] towards the end of 7 ABY, after the capture of Coruscant. He served with the [[Intrepid Battle Group]] as part of Wildcard Squadron, along with piloting TIE's for more clandestine missions as part of the [[Retribution Wing]]. During a reconnaissance mission in Imperial territory, his fighter was damaged and he was forced to abandon it. He was close to dead when he was retrieved by the support shuttle that his wingmates called in. This incident resulted in an extended stay in the medical center at [[Blerthmore]]. During the fateful [[Battle of Blerthmore]], he was still confined to his quarters pending medical clearance for flight status. Upon his return to active duty, he was assigned to the recently formed [[Vigilance Starfighter Group]]. Within months of his return he was transferred to the Redemption Fleet to serve as the Executive Officer.

As for his physical appearance, he is pale skinned with a small amount of freckles around his cheeks. His eyes are mostly a grey color with specks of blue. His hair is dyed white and drawn back into a ponytail that extends just below his shoulders. He also has a similarly dyed goatee which appears to be very finely groomed. He is considered short by human standards at 1.6 meters in height.

Since his days in the Rebellion, he has kept a heavily modified YT-2000, dubbed the ''[[Peregrine]]'', for his personal use and special missions.

==History:==
Born into a family of artists, Lori dreamt of travelling the Stars from an early age. During her first visit to the local cantina, Star was introduced to the game of sabacc and soon found she had a natural talent for the game. Reflecting on this later, Lori would see this as just her unconsciously tapping into the force. During one such game, she managed to win herself her ticket off the planet, a YT1300 which she promptly renamed 'Starisborn'. Little would she know that this game would lead to more than just a new ship.

Annoyed at loosing his ship, the original owner attempted to kill Star and reclaim his property. It was during the heated argument that followed, that she caught the attention of a New Republic Intelligence Agent who wrongly assumed the man was hassling a child and intervened on her behalf. Much to Loris announce. Though the annoyance soon passed and took the opportunity to discuss what had been happening in the galaxy as a whole. Upon hearing the woman talk of whom she worked for, she jumped enthusiastically at the chance to get off the planet and do something constructive with her life.

Little is known, of what happened to the â€˜Starisbornâ€™ since she left Telos. When she arrived at the Jedi Academy, it was in an unmarked Lambda class shuttle. She has however been reported as saying, that the last ship she flew ended up crashing.

==Force Sensitivity:==
Though Lori was brought up on tales of Jedi Knights and what they stood for; she was totally oblivious to her force sensitivity till she joined New Republic Intelligence. It was only due to a chance encounter with a Jedi, whilst on a mission, that she found out that she had potential to become a Jedi.

Though her arrival at the academy could of been timed considerably better. Her first couple of days at the academy proved that all the rumour and speculation she had heard before her departure from Intelligence were in fact either lies of half truths designed to solely keep her in Intelligence. Within a week of arriving at the temple, she managed to catch the eye of a Jedi Knight by the name of Davin Kabak, who chose her and another stundent by the name of Gavin Storm to be his apprentices.

==Death and Rebirth==
Lori has spent more time on the brink of death, than she cares to remember. On one such occasion she went too far and died. This is where her story would of ended, if it wasn't for the fact that her Master was as unwilling to lose another student as she was to lose a Master. From that point onwards they would both be connected, physicaly and mentaly via a force bond. How such a brush with death will affect her, only time will tell.

A well-mannered girl with an inquisitive nature, who tends to throw as much enthusiasm into her work and learning as she does her private life. Though she has had several brushes with the the Darkside of the force and suffered the loss of her training partner/close freind, nothing seems to dampnen her youthfull pesonality for long. She leaves no doubt, in the minds of those she works with, that she knows how to get her own way when she needs too.

Major General Cyrel Vandroth currently serves as the [[Assembly of the Force]] wing CO within the Rebel Squadrons' roleplaying fleet, the [[Allegiance Battle Group]]. He can normally be found idling or actively in the #allegience chat room on the undernet as `Carl. In multiplayer events for the RS and for EaW he goes by RS_Cyrel.

The constant drumming of one of Coruscantâ€™s fierce thunderstorms pelted the surface with its usual vengeance upon the planet-wide city. Lashes of rain slammed against upper tier buildings that easily bore the brunt of the assault, causing droplets to flow into streams down the sides, plunging into Coruscantâ€™s depths. Down below the gleam and polish of the upper city streets, sheets of water ran like Nabooian falls through the depths, flowing over walkways and back alleys alike. Splashes off of overhanging walkways, balconies, and buildings crisscrossing further and further down recreate a rain like effect for even the lowest granite slug during the worst storms. It was on one of these nights that two New Republic soldiers stumbled upon their quarry.

The piercing white light of a handheld glow rod swept over the tattered and decayed form of what could otherwise be considered your every day drunkard: an old, craggy faced man lay curled up on the ferrocrete pavement, clutching a bottle of arguably fine Corellian Whiskey, oblivious to the torrential rainfall going on around him as it further soaked his stained, faded clothing. The only thing that struck the two officers as out of the ordinary about him was the faint blue glow emanating from the manâ€™s eyes in the darkness, peering up at the people who disrupted his slumber. As the brilliant light cut through the haze of rain, the man raised the half empty bottle in an attempt to diffuse the brilliance shining on his eyes.

The one of the soldiers lowered his light, shaking his head, â€œIs that him, the â€˜generalâ€™ we were sent to find?â€ His tone belied a rather strong disbelief that anyone anointed with such a rank could sink so low.

Moments after consulting a datapad and peering around the whiskey bottle, his companion confirmed their suspicions, â€œYeah, thatâ€™s him.... go get him up, Iâ€™ll call the speeder.â€

â€œMe?! I saw the lout first, you go pick him up and Iâ€™ll call the speeder. The guy probably smells like crap..literally.â€

â€œHey, I already got the damned datapad out and besides, I have three days seniority on you so move it!â€

Grumbling, the nondescript soldier went forward into the alley, directing his beam towards the manâ€™s torso. The brilliant white light illuminated what seemed to be an old college vest, lined with what appeared to be insignias denoting the Coruscanti School of Medicine along with various honoraries and valedictorian pins. The upper left hand corner featured a rank patch denoting this poor creature as a Major General with the New Republic armed forcesâ€¦ the soldier resisted a reflexive urge to spit at the man disgracing that insignia, instead dragging him to his feet.

The drunk was in no state to resist, fumbling around haphazardly as he attempted to dislodge the soldiers firm grip, glaring at him through his intoxicated haze as his thick dialect tinted his slurred basic ((think a hodgepodge of Scottish and Irish ;D )), â€œOih, what tha bloody â€˜ell are yeh doin?! Took meh ten kriffin h..*hic* houâ€¦minutes teh find tha spot, lemme go!â€

The soldier took a little enjoyment in denying the man his respite as not even the constant rain pattering on his already soaked uniform could drown out the stench of drunkenness reeking off of the man in his grip. The one with the datapad seemed to offer a sympathetic smile as a moderate sized personal speeder lowered onto the ferrocrete pavement. â€œDo not worry sir, Iâ€™m sure youâ€™ll get cleaned up in no time.â€

The drunk blinked incomprehensibly at the smiling soldier as he was shoved unceremoniously into the back seat of the speeder by the other. As the door slammed with slightly more force then necessary, the vehicle lifted off and began to cruise down the under city streets. The one who was forced to handle the drunk grimaced as he inhaled the aroma now wafting off of his uniform, â€œKriffing son of aâ€¦ how in blazes did that guy sink so lowâ€¦ and whatâ€™s up with those eyes?â€

The datapad wielding soldier sighed, glaring at her companion, â€œQuit being speciest, and do you ever bother to read our briefings?â€ She clicked her tongue in vexation and shook her head before continuing, â€œThat man was a local surgeon at an Imperial instillationâ€¦ strange the file didnâ€™t say whereâ€¦ anyway, when we hit this place and wrested control away from the Imperials, he remained on the ground instead of fleeing with most of the rest of high society. When all hell was breaking lose, he managed to gather as many people capable of defending themselves as he could and started setting up defended triage stations to take care of the woundedâ€¦ After awhile, he had a few hundred men under him following his lead just because he had his head on his shoulders and was saving lives.

Command found him a few days later, he had managed to gather up so many soldiers that he warranted a temporary commission just to keep them in line. He stuck around on Coruscant since then, helping with disaster relief and racking up more and more volunteers and promotions until his rank finally justâ€¦ stuck. Now that things have settled down, he seemed to have slipped through the new bureaucracy untilâ€¦ well, we found him.â€

The other soldier blinked a few times, â€œâ€¦how do you know all this crap?â€

The other soldier smirked and promptly thwapped her companion on the helmet with her datapad, â€œI read, numbskull. Come on, we need to get back to our patrol.â€

As they both turned to head down the street, with the one lightly rubbing his head from the blow, the first spoke up, â€œSo, what is his name anyway?â€

Before as the other answered, a resounding blast of thunder from over head reverberated through the undercity, even through the speeder that the doctor made general was trying not to vomit in.

Situated on a bench opposite to the one the man was currently trying to sit up on, a figure illuminated only by the periodic passing of exterior lights spoke with a serious, gravely voice, â€œMind the upholstery General, our technicians would not enjoy cleaning this out. Do you know who I am?â€

The drunk swept his bleary gaze over the shadowy form for a momentâ€¦ his eyes widening in a flash of recognition as a change stream of light cascaded over the rank plate and the cut of the uniform. A small level of sobriety instantly hit the general with a burst of adrenaline as he sat up, dumbly pointing towards the other, â€œYer directo---â€œ

A dismissive hand gesture cut off the comment as the other figure shifted slightly in his seat, â€œGoodâ€¦ your memory hasnâ€™t left you entirely, I may have had to feign disappointment if you had forgotten our last meeting. Suffice it to say, I am here representing the New Republic Intelligenceâ€™s interests, which so happen to involve you, General.â€

â€œâ€¦Meh? Whadya.. whama..what would yeh want with meh? Yeh quitâ€¦ bloody payin meh five months ago!â€

â€œCalm down, General. Your pay was suspended due to your negligence to report for reassignment.. We were hoping that the lack of funds would drive you to return and seek further employment as your leadership abilities and medical knowledge would have been useful on other damaged sectors of the cityâ€¦ Your choice to drown yourself in alchohol and slowly whittle away your considerable bank account wasâ€¦disappointing, to say the least.â€

Leadership abilitiesâ€¦ pehâ€¦ his orders werenâ€™t tactically sound, nor did they ever gain anyone any strategic advantageâ€¦ in fact, usually quite the oppositeâ€¦ but they saved lives. He had done his best to save every man who came to work for him, he hoped it began to repay the debt he had wracked up to society, if anything could forgive what he had done. â€œYeh can take yer disappointment and shove it, director, I got my own concerns, yeh can just let tha galaxy forget about me.â€

As if reading his thoughts, the silhouette went on, â€œI think not. While we have granted you clemency for your participation in Derricoteâ€™s research, a task made easier due to the publicâ€™s general ignorance of the particulars of that potential disaster, it would be unfortunate if your role were made publicâ€¦especially given your choice of rest areas.â€

The man in tatters half glared, half sighed in resignation at the silhouette, â€œYeh hadnâ€™t got tha balls laddieâ€¦ even if yeh did, it wouldnâ€™t be half as much as I deserved.â€

The figure sighed as well before flicking his wrist, launching a datapad into the other manâ€™s chest with a dull thump. â€œSave it for later, general. If you feel you need further rehabilitation to be a soul worthy of living, you might as well accept this offer. There is a special operations unit out in the outer rim, a subdivision of the ongoing liberation of the Greeop sector. We haveâ€¦surprising little intelligence coming out of that region of space and it has been decided additional sources need to be added to that sector. The skills you have acquired while surviving Coruscantâ€™s liberation ironically make you an ideal candidate for the squadronâ€¦ as well as other considerations.â€

The â€˜generalâ€™ grunted, looking up from the datapad, â€œYeh mean tha fact yer blackmailing meh into this.â€

A passing flash of light shone on a smile that was all teeth, â€œPrecisely. In return for your cooperation, weâ€™re willing to reinstate your pay gradeâ€¦ Iâ€™m even authorized to promote you to Lieutenant General for your participation. Granted, your commission really has no bearing due to the fact that you wonâ€™t officially be assigned to a fleetâ€¦ not as you truly are, anyway. Your paper work is all on that pad, as is your graduation certificate from the academy. Congratulations, you passed with distinction, lieutenant.â€

The general glared, well squinted really, at the other man, almost shutting out the faint light projected from his eyes as the speeder slowed to a stop again.

â€œTake it or leave it, I donâ€™t really care, we can find someone elseâ€¦ but there are a lot of good people out there on the rim and, quite frankly, they could use every medically trained person they can get their hands on.â€

The general stared down at the datapad again, thumbing over his resume as the driver stepped out of the front of the speeder. â€œâ€¦this claims tha I have some decent skills flyin shuttles an other transport craftâ€¦ I havenâ€™t ever touched a damned thing, whadâ€™ya expect me to do, crash?â€

The silhouetteâ€™s grin of triumph at the other manâ€™s omission of participation was masked by the shadow of the driver walking around the speeder, â€œIt was necessary to make your application all the moreâ€¦ palatable. You will be expected to perform in all possible theatres, so it was necessary to give you a purpose. I imagine you will find a low grade recreational simulator on your transport, I suggest you monopolize it.â€

The door opened, causing the lieutenant to blink rapidly as beams of sunlight cascaded down into the speeder. He had not even noticed the slackening of the storm during their transit, let alone their change in elevation out of the under city. He looked down at the datapad in his hands one last time before slipping it inside his vest without so much as an â€˜if you please?â€™ He managed a grin, if shaky, to the silhouette, â€œGuess this is meh stopâ€¦ see yeh aroundâ€¦ oh, the Admiral insignia was a nice touch, by the way.â€

Cyrel Vandrothâ€¦ Cyrel Vandrothâ€¦ Lieutenant Vandrothâ€¦ your name is Cyrel Vandrothâ€¦

It was an exercise he had gone over only twice in his life before, convincing yourself that your name was something else entirely was a rather annoying and time consuming processâ€¦ but it often prevented unnecessary slip ups later. Hopefully, heâ€™d have it stuck soon enough. Clean shaven, bathed, and clad in a New Republic uniform he certainly looked like a different man then the one bossing around soldiers and fellow medics alike over a year ago. He would, however, still be an oddityâ€¦ not many â€˜recruitsâ€™ came down the pipeline after the age of fifty, let alone ones seeking active combat duty.

He was spry for his age and prided himself on keeping his body relatively in shape, well, enough to move when he needed to. He had always been quite dexterous, something he imagined that was passed down from the parents he never knew, just like his eyes. Both had saved him once or twice before, as no one tends to expect a graying, wrinkled man to tumble out of the way of a blaster bolt without so much as a bruised shoulder. Never the less, he had since taken on walking with a gimp in his left leg that it had become habitual, forever walking with a deceptive hobble that played up his ageâ€¦ he would get a lot of odd looks, but hopefully those odd looks would be change the first time he is forced to sew up a comrade in the middle of a pitched fight.

Cyrel shivered, his distracted thoughts causing him to slam his simulated shuttle into the hull of the ship he was docking with. He slammed the controls forward in disgust, rubbing his fingers into his eyesâ€¦. Thankfully, this was going to be a long trip.

==Player History==

Following the release of Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight in 1997, Carl met Troy Nexus on the MSN gaming zone stabbing people for giggles. Enticed by the idea of joining a 'guild' or 'clan', he took Troy's advice and joined the Rebel Squadrons, becoming a new cadet in the Rebel Squadrons Commando Division. While joining this early makes Carl one of the 'older' class of members to remain active with the Rebel Squadrons today, periods of inactivity related to parental scholastic prodding has often kept him from becoming paticularly well known in the club.. that and frequent name changes.

Upon joining the RSCD, Carl realized he needed an alias for his online adventures within the RS. Having just been introduced to the concept of soldiering and various military movies of the era, he chose to utilize the infamous nickname 'Deadmeat' reserved for green troopers thrust into battle... However, barring an unfortunate issue regarding the reservation of said name on the MSN gaming zone and IRC at the time, Carl opted simply to go for a slightly altered spelling. Hence, [[Deadmeet]] was born.

'Deadmeet' proceeded to dominate all that was put before him in a fiery blaze of JK glory, or he was an indifferent student of the game and played a couple matches in the Minos Cluster Conflict (Which he didn't get the fancy tour ribbon for, grrr!)... either way, after briefly commanding Shadow Squad, Deadmeet turned his eye towards the [[Aurora Force]] and resigned his positions within the RSCD. Somewhere in there Carl also purchased X-wing and Tie Fighter, and flew several missions with Wraith Squadron.

Deadmeet's story within the Aurora Force was.. colored, at best. While the storylines within the group started off tame enough, adolescent quests to be 'cool' played off of one another within the group and resulted in some rather extravagant plot developments (Including, but not limited to: storming an Executor Class SSD and successfully subduing the crew, the discovery and utilization of a Maw-esc research and construction facility that was codenamed 'Stormlight', the creation of the Chu'unthor II which featured a large crystalline plasma based weapon similar to that found in the Wing Commander: Prophecy video game and, last but not least, becoming Grand Master of the 'Sedith' force order (A group of individuals who favored an 'enlightened' view of the force and felt it was their duty to maintain a balance between Light and Dark, both within themselves and the galaxy) )). When Carl chose to finally leave the AF after becoming aware of the extent of the... silliness... some of the plotlines had acquired, he chose to abandon the Deadmeet persona in order to start anew.

Thus, Carl adopted a new persona named [[Zak Ciredik]] and utilized him throughout much of his career with the ABG. Starting as a would be slicer with limited force potential, Zak rose through the ranks of the group's jedi order and the Wing itself. Eventually becoming the commanding officer of Allegiance Wing for a short period of time, Carl chose to resign in order to focus on academic work back in the real world.

After a short stint with a psychologically unstable demolitionist, Belasai, Carl officially retired his now Jedi Master Zak Ciredik and created his most recent persona: Cyrel Vandroth. While the Zak Persona is used to act as the NPC headmaster of the ABG's jedi organization, Cyrel actively participates as the field medic in most of the normal sims.

==Biography==
===Early life===
David Vaughan was born on the remote Mid Rim world of Dicacia on [[22GrS#22:3:31|22:3:31]]. As he grew up on an Imperially-occupied world far from the main trade routes, the Imperial presence on the planet was not as crushing as on worlds closer to the Core. This resulted in an Imperial presence that the planet's citizens tolerated peacefully, but with dry cynicism.

Vaughan grew up in a middle-class family with both of his parents and a younger sister, and despite living in a garrison town grew into the cultural cynicism of his homeworld regarding governments. The post-Endor period left Imperial forces throughout the galaxy in a state of panic at the realisation that the galactic rebellion had proven itself to be a most dire threat, with the assassination of Emperor Palpatine and the scattering of a major Imperial battle group in the Battle of Endor. This in turn instilled a sense of hysterical paranoia in Imperial occupying forces on many worlds, of which Dicacia was one.

Up until this point in time, while the Rebellion had seemed impotent and distant, the Imperial garrison forces on Dicacia had a fairly hands-off approach to governing the world. While there was no question of the planet's official Imperial allegiance, the Imperial forces overseeing the world tended not to interfere too much with the day to day business of the planetary citizens, beyond legislating and enforcing Imperial Law.

But with the death of the Emperor and the proven threat of galactic rebellion, the Imperial forces on Dicacia began to tighten their grip on the world's citizenry, which led to the persecution of citizens who dared say anything even the slightest bit seditious. The repercussions for this were fairly quickly apparent, as the populace's cynicism regarding authority was viewed as seditious, and there were numerous arrests of the more outspoken citizens.

These incidences increased over time, rather than decrease, and the Imperial actions were in turn instilling anti-Imperial sentiments among the populace. Unfortunately, Vaughan's family were one of the victims of the paranoid Imperial doctrine, being declared traitors to the Empire for daring exercise their long-abolished freedom of speech.

Vaughan, for better or worse, was not home when Imperial stormtroopers stormed his home and arrested his family. An underground group of malcontents had learnt of the arrest warrant issued for Vaughan and his family, and they managed to get to him before the Imperial authorities could. The only way for Vaughan to avoid arrest was to flee from his homeworld. This was no simple task, however, and the underground anti-Imperial group assisted him in his flight from Dicacia.

===Fugitive===
With an Imperial warrant issued for his arrest, and his family under Imperial arrest presumably pending execution on charges of treason, there was nothing Vaughan could do but escape from his homeworld and try to evade the Empire's wrath. While this would have been extremely difficult during the height of the Empire, in the post-Endor period the Rebellion had spread like wildfire, and there were many havens save or at the least neutral for fugitives of the Empire to run to.

New Republic territory had grown substantially in the fledgling government's infancy, and once escaping from Dicacia with the help of his fellow Dicacians, Vaughan proceeded to flee further into the Outer Rim with a stolen Imperial shuttle.

After a brief time of travelling heedlessly, a patrolling New Republic Nebulon-B Frigate contacted Vaughan aboard the Imperial shuttle and demanded his surrender. He did so, and after a short investigation he was granted asylum by the New Republic. Feeling cast adrift, with the internment of his family and flight from his homeworld, Vaughan tried to seek purpose in his life. After trading in the captured shuttle to the grateful New Republic patrol force, he was granted permission to train at the Task Force Republic Shield Academy in the Greeop Sector.

===New Republic service===
Before too long, Cadet Vaughan graduated from the ''Castor'' Academy above Blerthmore with honours, was promoted to the rank of lieutenant, and assigned to a TIE Interceptor squadron in the Retribution Starfighter Group in one of the Republic Shield's roving task groups. Despite his youth and relative inexperience, his organisational skills were soon favoured over his flying abilities, and he quickly rose to Executive Officer of his Interceptor squadron, which mostly involved compiling reports and partaking in administrative duties that his Commanding Officer didn't want to do.

The stability that Lieutenant Vaughan had sought after the loss of his family and homeworld seemed to have found him, and within a very short period of time he was effectively on loan to various other starfighter groups in the task force for his administrative mind. Yet despite his achievements and promotion to the rank of captain, he had not properly dealt with the loss of his family, put to death by the Empire as far as he knew.

As time went by, Vaughan lapsed into depression and suffered erratic mood swings. After a particularly gruelling and unfortunate mission where a high-ranking retiring officer was captured on Captain Vaughan's watch, he finally snapped. Although the investigation afterwards yielded very little in the way of facts, it appeared as though Vaughan had suffered some kind of nervous episode, and been involved in some kind of accident.

The ultimate result of this breakdown involved Captain Vaughan's sudden and unauthorised departure from the New Republic military, and he left the territories governed by the Republic Shield far behind, for as far as anyone knew forever.

===Civilian life===
What followed was a dark time in Vaughan's life. Having lost his family, his home, and now his honour and responsibilities of military service, he roamed various non-Imperial, non-New Republic worlds trying to avoid detection by the Empire or the New Republic. After a while Vaughan received news that he had not ever expected to hear: his homeworld Dicacia had been liberated by the New Republic. The Empire had no hold on the world any more.

The New Republic had been waging a major campaign of conquest and liberation throughout the Mid Rim at this time, yet he had not dared to believe that he might one day be able to return to the land of his birthplace.

After confirming the rumours to be true, he booked a one-way flight back to Dicacia, without any coherent plan, other than the vague notion that if he returned to somewhere familiar he might be able to put himself back together and try to pick up the pieces of his scattered life.

His hopes were exceeded beyond belief, with the discovery during the liberation that many supposedly executed enemies of the Empire on Dicacia had been imprisoned instead of killed. His family were alive, and his reunion with them helped drag him back from the brink of self-destructive lapse he had fallen into.

With his home and family restored to him, Vaughan sought to make the most of his life, grateful for all that had been returned to him. His life as a civilian lasted for quite some time, and was a kind of holiday from the harsher realities of life.

However, even though he did not realise it at the time, his time as a civilian was not to last.

===Return to service===
Eventually Vaughan was tracked down by New Republic military recruiters, and rather than fighting to remain on the now-peaceful world of Dicacia, he accepted a deal to return to immediate active service in the Republic Shield in return for charges of desertion being dropped against him.

Upon returning to the Greeop Sector, Vaughan was reinstated as a captain in the New Republic Armed Forces and assigned to Dragon Squadron, an X-wing squadron in the Renegade Starfighter Group. It was not long before his administrative skills were utilised again, as he joined the Logistics Office. During this time Vaughan was incredibly busy, as when he was not flying missions with Dragon he was working on projects for Logistics.

===Squadron commander===
Due to his high-level work in the Logistics Office, Vaughan ended up fast-tracked to higher-level ranks, and eventually received command of Dragon Squadron.

By the time of the [[Battle of Blerthmore]], Vaughan had attained the rank of General, which was an appropriately high rank for the work he was undertaking in the Logistics Office, despite his lack of age and experience.

Although he did not realise it at the time, the [[Battle of Blerthmore]] was to be General Vaughan's final combat mission, and he fired his last shots in combat there. Despite leading Dragon Squadron to what would be an eventual victory against the Imperial ambush force, Vaughan himself was knocked out of the fight part-way when a nearby turbolaser grazed his X-wing, disabling his craft.

===Logistics Officer===
In the weeks after the Blerthmore disaster, Vaughan spent most of his time attempting to help the Republic Shield recover from the thrashing it had suffered at the hands of the Imperial invasion force. Day to day operations of Dragon Squadron fell to his second in command as Vaughan worked with Admiral Trebonious-Astoris and then-General Raven, laying the foundations for what would become the [[Subterrel Strike Force]].

By the time the Subterel Strike Force commenced its campaign to the [[Subterrel Sector]], Vaughan remained in the Greeop Sector to help finalise logistics details for the [[Greeop Defence Force]] while still formally in command of Dragon Squadron. However, it was ultimately realised that Vaughan was more of an asset to the Republic Shield behind a desk, co-ordinating supplies and shipping for the task force, than in the cockpit of a fighter. So it was with great reluctance that Vaughan left Dragon Squadron and was officially transferred out of Starfighter Command and into Task Force Command.

Alin is never going out without his black cloak, which covers the light from his face, hiding it in shadows. When he goes on mission, Alin wears a modified scout trooper helmet. The helmet was removed the mouth piece, allowing him to breath fresh air and his mouth to show, a tad intimidating look, and was repainted dark red with some black stripes here and there, army style. 
 
Alin is not tall, nor is he short, the only distinguishing feature is his scar that goes from his left eye down two cm downwards.

=== Early Life ===

Belden grew up with his elder brother, Tor on the humid and decidedly remote planet of Barkua. His childhood was uneventful, as his parents were staunch supporters of the Empire and the security it brought them and the rest of the happy galaxy. During his early teens Belden developed an unspoken dislike of the Empire, something which caused tensions between the rest of his family.

At the age of 14, his parents separated and as a result Belden ran away from home, fleeing not just his mother, but his home planet.

===== The right crowd =====

Wes made his way across the galaxy for several months by stowing away on freighters and mixing with various people of ill repute, most notably Smugglers. He managed to secure work on a Smuggler freighter, the Rising Moon in exchange for eventual transport to Corellia.

===== Rebel with a cause =====

Combining his teen angst against his parents with his ever growing dislike of the Empire, Wes threw in with a group of revolutionaries upon his arrival on Correlia, helping establish a Rebel Cell, together gaining a foothold in Imperial territories while going largely unnoticed. Initially based on Corellia on a secluded island off of Coronet, the group moved to Dantooine before finally settling on the Naboo moon of Rori where a small township was formed by the name of New Horizon.

Sometime before the transfer to Dantooine, Belden was stranded on an uninhabited planet by a group of Smugglers whom he'd bought safe passage off of and had decided to strand him after discovering his Rebel connections mid voyage. It is unknown exactly how he found his way back to civilization, but not long after he himself began engaging in Smuggling activities, for the most part supply runs for the Rebellion.

===== Smuggling Community =====

While not widely known for his skills as a Smuggler, Belden moved in high circles within the Smuggling community, becoming well known for his organisational skills and activities. He would organise debate and discussions within the community, while liaising with Alliance command in order to get the best deal for both parties.

===== Flight School =====

Wes was trained as an Xwing pilot while in Vanguard, roughly a year after he helped establish it. Despite being qualified to do so, he was not involved in many of the conflicts back then, partially to do with his age, but also due to his Smuggling activities.

=== The return home ===

After years of service to the Rebel Alliance, Belden returned home to find his parents reunited and his brother a pilot in the local defence force. His parents had been glad to see him, his brother furious with him. The situation soon reversed itself, his mother and father remembering their anger at his leaving, his brother, Tor, finally accepting him. A rift remained between all of them; heâ€™d never spoken of his time away. To do so would have been insane given his familyâ€™s love of the Empire and his brotherâ€™s place in Bakuraâ€™s fighter corp. Wes never knew how much that didnâ€™t matter to him, how much he cared for them, until he lost them.

Security had increased since Belden had last been on his home planet, and despite his experience, he found it difficult to leave. This was partially an excuse to not return to the Rebel Alliance, due to being reunited with his family after spending so long apart. His internal conflict was to soon be resolved however, as events took matters out of his hands.

===== Bakura ablaze =====

The Ssi Ruuk attacked Bakura. Tor, Belden's brother, was taken hostage and used to power their soul driven star fighters, while his parents were killed in the first attack. At the age of 17, distraught, devastated, with no-one to turn to as a war yet again raged around him, Wes withdrew into himself.

== Fictional character history ==
Kypp was born on [[8GrS#8:5:11|8:5:11]] in the city of Kway Teow, on Felucia. His mother was a botanist and father, a laborer. He grew up during and in the aftermath of the Clone Wars, but the conflict affected his family only superficially until the Empire occupied his homeworld in [[16GrS]]. 
Although the Imperial garrison on Felucia was oppressive and heavy handed, imposing needless curfews and assuming control of commerce and industry, they caused little trouble to the Vanasse family. Kypp and his parents did however begin to harbor a general distrust for the corrupted government, and in [[24GrS]] Kypp departed Felucia at age 16 to study xenobiology in Aldera University on Alderaan. His decision to attend university on Alderaan was partly influenced by whispered rumors that a fledgling movement to oppose the Emperor had formed there. 
In [[27GrS]] an Imperial research facility on Falleen suffered an accidental release of a bioweapon in development there. The planet's Imperial governor decided that his best response to the crisis was to level the facility, and the entire surrounding area, killing over 200,000 people. News of the massacre spread like wildfire throughout Alderaan's populace, and soon Kypp found himself involved with the resistance that would come to be known as the Rebel Alliance. 
He received his degree 2 years later and left Alderaan. He took a position as a researcher on the planet of New Holstice, where he cross-trained in emergency medicine in a time when doctors were still in the process of being completely replaced by medical droids. It was here where he finally began to actively assist rebel cells by smuggling medical supplies to them from the hospital. 
A few years later, misfortune found him. Kypp's smuggling activities had attracted the notice of an internal auditor. Before he could be arrested and handed over for judgement in Imperial courts he fled New Holstice and formally joined the Rebel Alliance on Dantooine. He recieved training as a field surgeon before being selected for and completing special forces training. He was commissioned as a second lieutenant in [[34GrS]]. 
His first combat tours were served as a part of the 7th Regiment, 3rd Alliance Special Forces Division, where he acted as a field medical officer, also spending time learning rudimentary piloting skills on the flight deck of his team's light freighter. He was promoted to first lieutenant shortly before the Battle of Yavin. 
Shortly after that battle, Kypp was reassigned to a mixed SpecOps mission group, nicknamed 'Vanguard,' where he continued to serve primarily as a medical officer, though personnel shortages forced him into fighter cockpits on occasion. He was briefly assigned to a black ops detachment which worked under the direction of Alliance Intelligence. Official records show him performing duties as a 'consultant' to the intel branch for 3 months. While working for intel he befriended a young Zabrak named Enna Jor. Shortly before he left, Jor was wounded during a mission. Despite his specialized medical training, Kypp was unable to save her. 
Kypp returned to Vanguard until he quietly retired from service at age 31 in [[38GrS]]. He returned to Now Holstice where, after the fall of the Empire, any records of his criminal transgressions were lost. He took a job as a senior research scientist. In [[44GrS]], Kypp was reactivated by a former senior officer and assigned to 'Zealot,' a new special forces team within the [[Subterrel Strike Force]]. He is currently a medical officer aboard the [[Frigate]] ''[[Unforgiven]]''.

Kypp Vannasse is the name of the character that was played by Rebel Squadrons member JC Savage in Star Wars: Galaxies under Vanguard Fleet. Kypp is now a participating member in the Zealot special ops group, of the Subterrel Strike Force.

== Personal data ==
More often than not; many heroes, villains and other sentients of consequence are overlooked in Galactic history archives whether a regime or organisation went to great lengths to have their existence covered up, or if perhaps they were merely out of sight, out of mind during the time of their reckoning. Arguably, Leaph Chausew is one of these beings.

Born twenty years before the Battle of Yavin, Leaph was the result of a one night stand between a Corellian silk trader and a Nubian dancing girl aboard a customs station in Corellian orbit. Leaph was actually born somewhere between the Tatooine and Naboo system aboard a Mon Calamari passenger liner so to anyone asking him where he hails from, his only answer would be Corellia as his features are fairly typical to that of a Corellian male.

His Father left the night he was concieved and Leaph never saw him again so he spent the majority of his childhood aboard various civilian cruisers, freighters and space stations keeping out of the way as his Mother 'worked'. Most of his childhood was spent in poverty; his Mother doing her best when she could to support him, but as he learned to walk and talk, young Leaph found himself being adopted into a regular crowd of familiar nomads and wanderers snce his Mother soon found herself working the same entertainment circuits year in, year out, knowing where the money was at different times of the year.

At age six through to eleven, Leaph helped his Mother out aboard the various veseels they resided on by fulfilling menial tasks such as crawling into ventilation systems and cleaning them out. At age nine, whilst assisting the chief technician aboard one particular bulk freighter, Leaph had a run in with the ship's resident dianoga as he sifted through garbage in the ship's refuse hold and nearly drowned.

As Leaph entered his teens, he became acquainted with the more sophisticated systems aboard starships, soon becoming adept at maintaining them and was given a better job as Hangar Bay technician's assitant. His exposure to a life in space left him with a distinct confident, if not reckless nature. His fearlessness aboard starships worried those he knew at times but little did they know that this strange 'hands on' education would give Leaph a solid basis for his adult life.

Shortly after his sixteenth birthday, Leaph's Mother was found dead after she'd refused a particularly violent client's requests and despite the distance mother and child had maintained, Leaph was crushed; the only family he knew stolen away. This instilled a very strong sense of right and wrong in the teenager and it was only as a result of sympathy from the ramshackle friends he'd made that he didn't go off the rails completely. He was given a new focus by one of the elder smugglers who'd been one of his Mother's many clients, but also had acted as a Father figure to Leaph during periods of his life. This man taught Leaph how to fly and realising that the young man was a natural on the stick, got Leaph a job flying a Z-95 Headhunter as part of the security force serving aboard the Mon Cal passenger liner that Leaph had been born on (although Leaph was unaware of this fact).

Unfortunately, tragedy struck again at the age of seventeen when the cruiser was halted by an Imperial customs patrol, consisting of an Imperial I Class Star Destroyer and Carrack Class cruiser escort as it was suspected that the cruiser was hauling a large amount of spice. The Imperial Officer in charge, rather than asking questions first decided to petrify all onboard the unarmed vessel by sending the Carrack cruiser in to disable the engines completely unprovoked. Leaph's small squadron of Z-95s and Y-wings were scrambled against the much larger Imperial force but of course, outclassed and outgunned were decimated by the weapons of the Carrack Cruiser alone. Leaph's Z-95 took a glancing blow to its starboard wing which sheared it off and sent it spinning out of control. As a result of the retalliation, the Mon Cal cruiser along with all escape pods were vaporised but Leaph, managing to keep his ship from blowing apart by powering down all essential systems managed to spin out of control away from the engagement.

By some strange luck, during this time an Alliance strike force was enroute to strike out against the Imperial force with the mission to destroy the Carrack cruiser and wound the Star Destroyer. Unfortunately as they entered the combat zone, the Imperials had left the system leaving but a mass of twisted molten durasteel and starship wreckage behind. Leaph, who as a result of his starfighter's damaged life support had slipped into a dangerous hibernation was discovered by the Alliance and brought onboard their Corvette as they made their way out of the system.

Almost a year passed as Leaph, now eighteen recovered from the trials he'd experienced in such short a time. Understandably, he'd been left with a bitter taste in his mouth in regards to the Empire and despite the pain he felt from the loss of his friends, was grateful to the Alliance for rescuing him from a premature death.

==A Taste For Rebellion==
It was a month after his recovery, just over a year before the Battle of Yavin when Leaph was given the chance to be put to use within the Alliance. After being sent to Captain Kreezo; (an Alliance operative on Corellia, he was drafted to Lok where Cadet Chausew relearned the ropes in a better, more combat ready Alliance Z-95.

His service in Havoc squadron lasted for a year and eventually he was transferred to the unit's veteran squadron which flew a combination of X-wings and Y-wings. Leaph was selected for the X-wing due to his adept nature with such a responsive craft and during the period of time where the Alliance was based mainly at Yavin, his unit ran a lot of missions escorting supply frieghters and munitions to the small moon. Leaph was not at the Battle of Yavin itself though; instead during that time he was caught up diverting what should have been a routine supply delivery from the engagement zone.

As a result of faultless service within Havoc's X-wing unit, Leaph was given a commission of his own along with Vortex squadron pilot Eshiem. Lieutenant Chausew was given the acting role of Captain during this time as Alliance resources were extremely limited, especially on the Outer Rim where he was operating. Leaph's task was to form a squadron out of remnants of other Alliance squadrons which had been largely destroyed in service. The pilots he became familiar with all carried a lot of emotional baggage, but could hold their own; afterall, they were survivors.

The new unit was named 'Deviant Squadron' and given a lot of free reign, Leaph sent the unit after small Imperial convoys and anything which could supply the squadron with parts and supplies for the underfunded unit. Underfunded summed up the unit in many ways; the ships they operated were survivor ships from each of the pilot's former squadrons and consisted of batter X-wings, Y-wings, Z-95s and one rickety YKL-Nova Courier. During this time, Leaph fell in love with Corellian born Kiarna Faltice. An honest, caring woman who joined the Rebellion through Leaph after he discovered her alone when her parents were murdered, the two were quickly married and a period of happiness and success prevailed for a short time.

The squadron became stronger, reinforcing their assets with the technology they hijacked (which led to some very unconventional looking X-wings etc) but unfortunately for them, they became too much of a thorn in the Empire's side with their largely successful and frequent raids. After an Imperial spy was planted at the small moon base they operated from, the squadron was assaulted by orbital bombardment. Only half of the squadron got spacebourne without incident, but all were disabled and captured including Leaph himself.

Yet again, the Alliance saved his life. As he was subjected to typical Imperial torture methods, the Alliance ambushed the Destroyer Leaph was incarcerated on and in the mayhem, Leaph in a delirious state somehow managed to scramble to an escape pod. Unfortunately, the four other prisoners had been tortured to death before his very eyes before the Alliance arrived. Again, Leaph spent a period of months recovering and his hatred for the Empire increased.

Kiarna, had been on leave during the debacle and during Leaph's recovery she opted to join the main Alliance fleet as an Officer aboard a Nebulon B class Frigate. Leaph kept in touch with her, always proud of her devotion to the cause and it made him stronger. It was upon recovery that Leaph was approached by an Alliance agent with the invitation to join the Alliance's recently begun A-wing project.

He took to the ship with an air of distaste originally. Early on in the project, there were a lot of major problems with the design and due to resource issues, Leaph chose to return to Havoc squadron again feeling that the project was a waste of time and credits.

Unfortunately for Leaph, now aged twenty, he recieved word that Kiarna had been killed in action. The news drove the now fully established Captain over the edge and in combat was reprimanded several times for ignoring direct orders, flying almost suicidal charges against Imperial fighters, Capital ships and very nearly denounced the Rebellion itself. He was almost court martialled at one point, but due to sympathy from up high he recieved a demotion.

As with his nature though, he remembered how much the Alliance had done for him. They'd given him a second and third chance and the memories of all those he held dear who had been lost to the Empire forged his resolve.

==Shirtless Pilot Finds True Love==
Shortly before his twenty first birthday, recently demoted Lieutenant Leaph Chausew was transferred to the RS Battle Group where a lot of the A-wing research and development was taking place. Finally adopting an A-wing as his main choice of fighter he continued to wreak havoc in his new position, working his way up to the rank of Captain once more. Despite taking a personal vow never to love again, he literally fell in into love with a beautiful Twi'lek woman called Sandarie.

Leaph serves the Alliance although with the engagement to Sandarie he became less reckless and a whole lot wiser. As a result of his devotion and various other circumstances, he was landed with the rank of General. He was responsible for the smooth operation of the squadrons within Vanguard and although sometimes finding himself feeling dubious as to why he is a General at such a young age, he does his best.

Just over a year into his involvement on the A-wing project and after contributing a lot to the vessels advancement and becoming possibly the premier pilot with the vessel, circumstanes changed an he was pulled from the project seeing that the Alliance needed veteran pilots fighting on the front lines. Leaph was reassigned to an X-wing once again since the ship is more durable than the A-wing and takes a lot less maintenance.

Leaph married Sandarie and she is his world and very reason to continue fighting, although the wedding celebrations were dampened by news of Leaph's reassignment to a capital ship posting.

Chausew found himself landed with the Captaincy of the battered Rendili Dreadnaught, 'Fortune's End' when its original Captain, a disgraced Bothan whichanswered to the name Malwrand, was killed in action.

The Captain strived to repair the battle ship and in the process brought it right up to date, opting to convert it into a variation of the Mk II Assault Frigate which is favoured by the Alliance.

To this day he Captains the ship, although he maintains distance from the main Alliance fleet with his idealistic views clashing with some of those held by his allies. Leaph wishes to survive and be in peace; he wants nothing more than to be in a position where he can simply settle down with his beloved Sandarie and support her in the business she so successfully runs.

Halyn Lance is a Zabrak male who participated in the Rebel Alliance and is currently a member of the [[Zealot Special Operations Unit]].
==Biography==
Born on Iridonia under the name Halyn Sanshir, the Zabrak who would eventually become an Alliance general grew up in circumstances that can be best described as unremarkable. At the age of fifteen, enamored by the romance of the Holonet depictions of the criminal underworld, he signed up as a crewman on a smuggler freighter.

Eventually, Halyn Jessik--having renamed himself to distance himself from his family, and now far less principled than the young boy who grew up on Iridonia--founded a pirate ring, the Zynt'aia Order. The pirate group ran for some years, eventually growing strong enough to challenge Nym for control of Lok (although they were repulsed).

During this time, he first encountered Alliance agent [[Rac'el Jorr]], whose freighter--a YKL-37r Nova Courier, the [[Starwind]], had crashed on Rori. His subsequent hijacking of her personal ship was the basis for a long-lasting feud between the two.

Jessik's life took another twist when a Zynt'aia group stumbled into a battle between Alliance and Imperial forces. Trying to survive, he hastily struck a truce with the badly-outgunned Alliance fleet and helped fight their way out of the Imperial trap--only to find himself in Alliance custody.

Offered the choice of joining the Alliance and entering their protection, or certain death by returning to the underworld with an Imperial bounty on his head of over a million credits, he chose to live. After some months of starfighter training, he joined an Alliance X-wing squadron formed shortly after the battle of Yavin IV under the newly-adopted name of Halyn Lance.

The Alliance had other plans for him, however; they sent him on a diplomatic mission to Tatooine to a group of miners called the Nallerans. There, he met the first love of his life, a woman named A'Lerris Verata. He successfully negotiated contracts with the Nallerans, bringing fresh supplies into the Rebellion's starfighter manufacturing efforts, and managed to resolve a personal crisis between himself and his brother, Argus Sanshir, who had hunted him all over the galaxy after he had left Iridonia.

Halyn returned to the Alliance fleet, but circumstances dictated a quick rise to the rank of General during a brief, bloody war over the development of the A-wings using recovered Old Republic starfighters--namely, the Eta-2 Actis Interceptor. Dubbed the "Arms Race," the brief war saw the deaths of several good pilots and, on a personal note for Lance, A'Lerris.

In the aftermath of the Arms Race, Halyn slowly became involved with another woman--Twi'lek bounty hunter and Rebel pilot [[Abi Ocopaqui]]. Their relationship has been a troubled one with seperations caused by the war, with both of them often taking assignments that relegate them to remote sectors on solo missions. Abi blames Rac'el quite often for the assignments; Jorr has long since risen in the ranks to become an important officer in Intelligence, and often Halyn's orders come down with her signature on them.

The war became even more personal after an A-wing trial in the Karthakk system was disrupted by Imperial forces. The deaths of a squadron worth of pilots was bad enough, but Halyn found himself in the hands of the Empire and suffered severe interrogation on Talus--severe enough to leave him little more than a whimpering child on the floor of his cell. His rescue was spearheaded by A-wing pilot and friend [[Leaph Chausew]], who quietly subverted orders by Rac'el Jorr to kill Halyn.

In the aftermath of Talus, Halyn took a leave of absence from the Alliance, abandoning his duties, to track down the Inquisitor who had tortured him on Talus. After shooting the Inquisitor's arm off, he brought the Imperial back to the Rebel cell on Rori--from which the Inquisitor later escaped, aided by an inept Rebel pilot. Halyn expressed regret for not killing the Inquisitor when he had the chance.

The stresses of the war, and the special assignments handed down to both Abi and Halyn, ended in an argument that prompted Ocopaqui's temporary departure from the Vanguard. After her return, however, the two remained apart, and tension continued between them.

Halyn briefly led another group of combat pilots--[[Grey Squadron]]--before his arrest and removal from command after a retrieval operation on Tatooine. Although later cleared of charges, his removal from combat command remained. He was assigned instead to train up-and-coming Y-wing pilots in the Rara Avis flight academy--a position he hated.

Eventually, before the battle of Hoth, he vanished. Rumors of his involvement with the Zabrak resistance on Iridonia are, at this time, unsubstantiated.

Halyn was recently detained by a New Republic patrol after completing a smuggling run. To his chargin, he again came face-to-face with former flame Abi Ocopaqui, as well as ex-wingmate and rumored paramour Sarriah James, former best friend Leaph Chausew, and his old squadmate and fellow trainer Anishor.

==The Character==
Major Tyreece Zadria is a native of Coruscant. The middle child of a wealthy family, she set out to distiguish herself from her brothers and sisters. Exceling at her studies of alien cultures and languages, the New Republic military recruited her to work with their diplomatic corps. After a fairly distiguished career, she was approached by Cody Qel-Droma to create an Academy for his pet project, a black ops unit.

After much soul searching, and consulting with a few friends, she acquiesed to his requests. Most people found it difficult to say no to the man, and she was one of those people.

Cody put Tyreece and the Zealot Spec Ops Second Officer, Major Sarriah James in touch with each other so the needs of the team could be communicated with new Academy students.

==Appearance==
The Major is tall and blonde. Her hair is long, but usually worn in a tight bun, although the placement of that knot of hair varies. She doesn't like to be too predictable. She keeps a pair of reading glasses on chain about her neck, as she has a tendency to misplace them otherwise.

She had a ready smile for everyone, but can be tough as nails when necessary. It's her desire

The Major's office looked well-used, and a little disorganised, but not overly so. Rows of shelves were filled with assorted datapads and sheets of flimsiplast, and scattered around the room were various training items. Her desk was filled with a mass of datapads, datacards and datachips. A few pieces of flimsi completed the covered desk.

== Background ==
Born to Sheela and Jurrah Belantia on the family owned asteroid mining operation. Sarriah is an only child with a love for animals and exploring planets, rather than being cooped up in space. However, she was expected to work in the family business. She was allowed to take time away from the family business to get her education. She double majored in both humanoid (her parent's desire) and animal (her desire) medicine.

Before she could start her chosen career, she met her future husband, Boyd James, while visiting her parents. Sarriah became the mining companyâ€™s quartermaster after marriage, still preferring to be dirtside as much as possible.

While on a trip for supplies in her familyâ€™s freighter, the business was attacked by space pirates and all personnel were lost.

Sarriah, unable to cope with so many losses, wandered from planet to planet, until an Alliance recruiter found her rather inebriated in a backwater planetâ€™s cantina. Soon after she joined a secret rebel cell located on Rori,a moon of Naboo, where the community was mostly made up of pilots. Sarriah struggled to remain sober until Halyn Lance , a Zabrak, and Anishor, a Wookiee, befriended her and helped her straighten out her life.

Eventually, as everyone started going their separate ways, Sarriah remained on Rori, and started an animal hospital. She established herself as brilliant research scientist, focusing on animal health improvement. She still prefers to operate out of her research center on Rori.

She is an accomplished X-wing pilot with several kills painted on the side of the ship she keeps in the old hanger bay at the mostly abandoned Rebel Outpost on Rori. She still owns the family freighter. She is wealthy in her own right from her business, but the proceeds from the family mining company is always at her disposal although she only used it once to set up her hospital.

== Appearance ==
Brilliant red hair that is mostly natural, tiny wisps of grey would be apparent if she didnâ€™t chemically treat those areas. She sports a very full head of below the shoulder length hair which is usually worn down, except when sheâ€™s flying, then itâ€™s pulled back in a severe bun. Her hands show signs of wear, mostly due to all her research work and hunting for animals. Her piercing green eyes are slightly turned up at the corners. At home, youâ€™d see her in medical jackets, over a t-shirt, and loose fitting pants. She doesnâ€™t consider herself pretty, but rather possessing tolerable looks. Her one flaw, in her opinion, is her lips. They are full and while not overly wide, she hates them.

I've played SWG for nearly two years now. Most of that time has beens spent with the RS player association on Starsider. I have a Twi'lek named Sandarie, whom Abi refers to as Abi 2 because I once impersonated Abi in an RP situation. Sarriah is my medic/creature handler. I have crafters, only one of which has a personality, Allanna. She's a young Zabrak who loves being a starfighter.
