Escorted the freighter group ''[[Rallek]]'' in the vicinity of navigation buoy ALD-763-RTR near the planet [[Adarlon]]. Hailed by the Calamari Cruiser ''[[Windstorm]]''. Ignored the Calamari Cruiserâ€™s communication attempts. Republic Shield forces launched from the ''Windstorm'' and buzzed the convoy and the vessel, scanning the contents. The vessel and convoy responded by fleeing into hyperspace on the vector of navigation buoy ALD-793-RTR. Returned to the area near navigation buoy ALD-763-RTR from the direction of navigation buoy ADL-793-RTR as part of a pirate attack force led by the Frigate ''[[Hammerhead]]''. After briefly battling with Republic Shield forces, the vessel withdrew from the engagement, as did the ''Hammerhead''. Republic Shield forces were too busy dealing with other elements of the pirate attack force to prevent the vessel from withdrawing. The vessel and its activities were surreptitious monitored by the Star Destroyer ''[[Arcanus]]'', which observed the proceedings from a discreet distance. (PBF701)
