==History==
Republic Shield forces led by the Calamari Cruiser ''[[Stingray]]'' launched an attack on the stationâ€™s automated defences as part of an operation to capture the platform as a defensive base to counter Imperial threats in the region which had been severely hampering New Republic dominance. The station launched droid-operated forces to counter the attacking Republic Shield forces, which were defeated along with the remainder of the automated defensive. The transport ''[[Storm (ATR)|Storm]]'' then launched from the ''Stingray'' and docked with the station, unloading a boarding party that quickly commandeered the outpost. The transport ''[[Wind]]'' then arrived from the ''Stingray'', delivering a skeleton crew to run the station, while the shuttle ''[[Rain]]'' arrived to deliver a repair crew to restore the outpost to combat readiness. Imperial forces delivered by elements of the Zodiac Battle Fleet bombarded the station, but were repelled by Republic Shield forces, New Republic reinforcements led by the Strike Cruiser ''[[Sulu]]'', and droid-operated defence forces located and operated by the boarding party from the transport ''Storm''.
