Towards recent years, however, the pressure and responsibilities of long years of difficult leadership have made Licah much more serious, and an extensive list of lost squadmates has kept Licah from stepping into the cockpit except in cases of sore need. The loss of so many good officers in Command also has placed a heavy burden on Licah. He and [[Joshua Hawkins]] alone share the responsibilities of maintaining the HoloNet, with a list of duties that remains the same as in years past, but without the help of dozens of other officers.
