<p></p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>==Awards for students==<br /> <br /> RSA will have an award in an unified form of a pin, ribbon or similiar that will be awarded to students upon completition of a course. The completition award for a certain course may be two-graded (graduation w/o and with merit), but doesn&#039;t have to. The basic idea behind those RSA course awards is that there will be certain levels for each &#039;skill&#039;. Please see the [[Skills system]] for more info on the structure.&lt;br/&gt;<br /> &lt;br/&gt;<br /> In each member&#039;s profile only the highest award for each completed course series (aka achieved skill) will be shown. &lt;br/&gt;<br /> &lt;br/&gt;<br /> An unified graphical solution needs to be made up for this: eg. having an award have more stars/lights the higher the level of the course series has been. Probably some silver/gold background changes to indicate the w/o or with merit status. We are talking about a maximum of 10 skill levels, so we would need 10 ribbons/pins. These ribbons/pins will be used for all skills. Taking the two-grade graduations into account, the awards will need to be with &quot;silver background&quot; for the uneven levels (1,3,5,7,9) and with &quot;golden background&quot; for the even levels(2,4,6,8,10).<br /> <br /> ==Awards for instructors==</div>
