			If this proposal should get reviewed in the future for possible use, I suggest to expand it into a "Profession Paths" system. The idea is to have various professions (eg. combateer, pilot, commando, tactican, jedi, simmer, etc.) which would have a certain number of ranks. To get to the top rank (eg. Master Pilot) a member would have to complete specified courses and/or have to complete certain requirements. Once such a system would be in place, new members would pick their primary profession and start doing the appropriate path. Members would be of course able to change their primary profession or do other non-primary paths. Such a system would make huge use of the skills system (which would have to be fully implemented), but note that having one skill at top level wouldn't mean that the linked profession has been "mastered". 	I don't think each fleet should have its own academy. One academy, splitted up into classes for each game (with "teachers" from the appropriate fleets) and one class for all CDTs to teach about the RS in general, would do better I guess. The [[~~Beginner's Path~~]] ~~is good, but as~~ I ~~can talk from my recently experience, mostly new CDTs don't want to read on all the stuff in the first place. Mostly new CDTs want~~ to ~~play MP, and if~~ that ~~isn't possible due~~ to ~~current lack~~ of ~~activity, they want~~ to ~~communicate with other RS beings~~. So, ~~that's why~~ I ~~propose~~ that ~~there should be a~~ centralized ~~academy~~ with ~~officers on duty (buddies, big brothers, or such), who would be present~~ for ~~the~~ new ~~CDTs. That way new CDTs~~ will be ~~able~~ to ~~communicate with other CDTs (doesn't matter they play different games) and~~ the ~~officer~~/~~s on duty (OoD).
