	The [http://www.rebelsquadrons.org/manual/ Ops Manual] is supposed to fulfill this role. It is no doubt somewhat out-of-date and could probably use some additional material such as you have suggested here, but we can probably just update it rather than scrapping it in favor of an entirely new FAQ.
