Admin would pick from-to for both day and full hours. Eg. PI A gets added: from 6th May - 1:01 pm EST to 7th May - 3:00 am EST. The timetable updates to show changes accordingly.

Different weeks for view could be picked. One week would be shown. Each day would have a line/box for each hour. Now, PI A would be PIoD from 01:01 to 03:00 and PI B from 03:01 to 06:00. It would be good if anyone could see who is assigned to which periods (for that week) at one glance. Not sure what can be used. Maybe just adding the appropriate name to each hour, or maybe having different colors and a list below the timetable on who is which color.
