<p><b>New page</b></p><div>In the RSA we are going to make it mandatory for all UG courses that a new member will have to be at least LJG for the basic graduation and 2LT for the master graduation. In other words, a new member won't be able to graduate unless s/he achieved at least one promotion. We are going to handle it like that to prevent new members from skipping the [[Beginner's Path]] and to prevent graduation of CDTs into the fleets.
