Even just "delete?" for a <nowiki>{{delete}}</nowiki> tag would be enough to let other users know what you've proposed without having to click "show edit differences". 	I don't think we can re-assign user contributions from one user to another, but we can redirect user and user talk pages to the username you want to keep, and remove admin status from the other username.
