Led Republic Shield reinforcements in supporting the beleaguered Frigate ''[[Echo Hawk]]'' and its defending forces, which were being assaulted by an Imperial force led by the Star Destroyer ''[[Darkstar]]''. Republic Shield forces successfully covered the ''Echo Hawk'' long enough for it to withdraw from the combat zone; however Imperial reinforcements led by the Frigate ''[[Savage]]'' ambushed the vessel, directly engaging it. Republic Shield forces pushed back the Imperial forces, bombarding the ''Savage'' into submission, and allowing the vessel to withdraw from the combat zone, as the Imperial forces too withdrew from the engagement.
