The highest position within the Rebel Squadrons (original) in 1994 - 1995 and the reborn Rebel Squadrons in 1995 to Feb 1996, when this position was associated with the rank of Admiral. This position was eliminated in March 1996 by then Vice Admiral Super, who replaced it with the office of Fleet Commander (FC) when he took over as leader of the Rebel Squadrons.
