Weeks are a unit of measurement in the galaxy, which consist of groups of five days. There are seven weeks per month, for each of the ten standard months, in addition to the festival weeks in the Galactic Standard Calendar. In total there are seventy-three weeks in a year.

Almost all days in a year take place during weeks, with the exception of three festival days.
