Homely City is the capital city of the planet Caelum. It is the political center of the colonized planet. The blended republican-oligarchical planetary government is controlled largely by the Most August Senate of Caelum. It meets in the Most August Senate House within Homely City. At the present the Senate has become a hotbed of anti-RS agitation, although it currently denies any association with the six Caelumites who destroyed the STRK Halberd.
