James "Corsair" Folen
Captain James "Corsair" Folen is the Second Officer of Commando Division. He has been a active member of the RS for some three years but only two under the name Charlyie Skylighter and James Folen. Before his new account was made he was known as Atror Skylighter, a Vanguard (at that time just RSPA) Cadet and Wraith Squadron pilot. While going through a depression he pretended to betray the RSPA and said he was "spying" on them. Unknown to him they took this very seriously, even though he was in fact roleplaying. Atror Skylighter was promply ejected out of the RS after being found guilty. He then later returned as Charlyie Skylighter and explained his issue and was allowed to be active in the other fleets besides Vanguard.
