James "Corsair" Folen

Major James "Corsair" Folen is the Second Officer of Commando Division. He has been a active member of the RS for some three years but only two under the name Charlyie Skylighter and James Folen. Before his new account was made he was known as Atror Skylighter, a Vanguard Fleet (at that time just RSPA) Cadet and Wraith Squadron pilot.
