Imperial vessel. Part of the Zodiac Battle Fleet.
History
Travelled to the Synastry facility to rendezvous with the rest of the Zodiac Battle Fleet at the rendezvous point. Arrived during an undercover Republic Shield reconnaissance operation led by the captured Victory Star Destroyer Kingpin. The Kingpin used its battle damage to fool Imperial forces into preparing a repair operation while a reconnaissance force roamed the area collecting data of the assembled craft. The reconnaissance operation was revealed when the Calamari Cruiser Sagittarius arrived and alerted Imperial forces to the true allegiance of the Kingpin. Launched the transport group Twin to bombard the Victory Star Destroyer, as it attempted to withdraw from the outpost. Imperial forces failed to prevent the Kingpin from escaping, and the entire reconnaissance force entered hyperspace. (RgF402)
Led an Imperial task force which waited beyond the ambush point where an Imperial strike force led by the Calamari Cruiser Sagittarius had successfully ambushed a New Republic task force led by the Strike Cruiser Sulu which had been lured away from defensive duty at the platform Katana. Possibly launched the transports Pincer I, Pincer II and Pincer III, which carried boarding parties to three of the disable New Republic warships in a capture operation that was ultimately thwarted by the arrival of the Victory Star Destroyer Overseer, which led Republic Shield forces in defence of the beleaguered New Republic task force. After Republic Shield forces succeed in rescuing the disabled New Republic warships, the vessel led its task force in a micro-jump into the combat zone, and directly engaged the Victory Star Destroyer Overseer with the assistance of the Dreadnaught Cancer. The vessel launched assault transport group Epsilon, which transported a boarding party and commandos to retake the ambushed Victory Star Destroyer. Continued bombarding the Overseer until the Victory Star Destroyer was securely under Imperial command. (RgF405)
