Project Templar was a Patriot Battle Fleet (PBF) "think tank" designed to "develop new and plausible ideas to increase the enjoyment of the fleet"<ref>PBF NL 3-5-02, Slyder McGrath, 2002.03.06</ref>. It was created in 2002 but faded into obscurity soon thereafter.
Members included Licah Fox, Jan-lo Sunner, and Argon Viper.
