The Skills System is basically going to be a new RS.org feature. Each member will be able to start learning RSA supported skills by taking the appropriate courses. Each skill will be teached either within one course or one course series.
Upon graduation of a certain course, the skills section of the graduated students' profile will update accordingly to show the highest achieved skill level for each skill.
