==History==
Arrived at ''[[Chasm]]'' base just before the Interdictor ''[[Vampirous]]'', then followed the ''Vampirous'' as it led Imperial reinforcements in covering the escape of the Star Destroyer ''Deathbringer'', which was abandoning the outpost under assault by Republic Shield and defecting Imperial forces led by the Star Destroyer ''[[Wyvern]]''. After the ''Deathbringer'' had escaped from the combat zone, the ''Vampirous'' engaged its interdiction field, preventing Republic Shield forces from immediately pursuing the Star Destroyer. Attempted to hold off Republic Shield forces from destroying ''Chasm'' base for as long as possible, but eventually the ''Wyvern''â€™s forces overcame the complex and its stationary defences. The defensive line broken, the Imperial forces were then isolated and eliminated. Destroyed by Republic Shield forces. (RgF311)
