Imperial vessel. Part of the Star Destroyer Deathbringer’s task force.
History
Arrived at Chasm base just before the Interdictor Vampirous, then followed the Vampirous as it led Imperial reinforcements in covering the escape of the Star Destroyer Deathbringer, which was abandoning the outpost under assault by Republic Shield and defecting Imperial forces led by the Star Destroyer Wyvern. After the Deathbringer had escaped from the combat zone, the Vampirous engaged its interdiction field, preventing Republic Shield forces from immediately pursuing the Star Destroyer. Attempted to hold off Republic Shield forces from destroying Chasm base for as long as possible, but eventually the Wyvern’s forces overcame the complex and its stationary defences. The defensive line broken, the Imperial forces were then isolated and eliminated. Destroyed by Republic Shield forces. (RgF311)
