| The '''Training Office''' (TO) is designed to educate RSers, whether they just joined a minute ago and need to learn about the RS, or are longtime members and want to learn something new. This is essentially the same as the old [[Academy]], with two exceptions. First, it is an [[Executives| Executive Office]], not a [[Fleet]]. Second, it does not supervise the "undergraduate fleet academies," in which cadets learn how to fly, report, and write for their specific fleets. This is now a responsibility of the individual fleets themselves.
