General Leonard Cable is the Rebel Squadrons Executive Officer, and has been a member of the Rebel Squadrons for over seven years. He was formerly Redemption Fleet CO, and builds the RgF fleet missions.

Cable is a good guy. Also, he fought a hurricane and won.

Moos a lot, indicating he might be a superintelligent cow rather than a human.
