An Internet Officer (IO) is the RSer primarily responsible for working on his or her unit's website. Every unit may have an IO, although in some cases the unit's website is not kept up-to-date, or the CO/XO/SO takes care of it.
IOs answer directly to their immediate CO, and also to the Rebel Squadrons Internet Office, which oversees the entire RS website.
