The Willowisp Pirate and Smuggler Alliance was a conglomerate of pirates and smugglers based in the [[Minos Cluster]]. During the second tour of duty for the [[Patriot Battle Fleet]] in the sector, the Willowisp Pirates had set up a tenuous alliance with the [[Minos Reclamation Force|Imperial forces]] present there.
