The Rebel Squadrons Executive Officer (RSXO), currently BGN Kirghy Lommax, is the second-in-command of the RS, acting as an assistant to the Fleet Commander and carrying out the day-to-day duties of the RS.
The previous RSXO was Joshua Hawkins. Kirghy has served since January 18, 2009.
