Ewok Squadron was created "To serve as example officers and pilots within the R2F". They were classed as elites and flew the very few TIE Defenders at the disposal of Retribution Fleet. It's pilots were selected from the other Retribution squadrons.

- Elite 2: Commander Cynna Jade Sunrider
- Elite 3: Major Menshk Vrei'Sik
- Elite 4: Captain Sergio Mantis
- Elite XO: Brian Neithen (aka Han Suul)
- Elite 6: Colonel Adam Fene
- Elite 7: Fleet Admiral Dev
- Elite 8: Lieutenant Commander Jeremiah Matthew
- Elite 9: Major Zeth Raltier
- Elite 10: Commander Thuku
- Elite 11: Major General Corran Horn Jr.
- Elite 12: Captain Rode Mitchell
- Sergio Mantis later became XO.
- Colonel Harley Quinn later took the Elite 4 position.
Behind the Scenes
The concept, design, and proposal of Ewok Squadron were all in part created by Adam Fene, Bethan Leitbur, and Han Suul. The main purpose for its creation was for an Elite Squadron to battle with other squadrons outside the Rebel Squadrons, while the main fleet competed in ITODs.
