Based off of the [[Clone Wars-era]] [[Venator-class Star Destroyer|Venator-class design]], the Redoubt is destroyer/carrier, with heavy weapons and a starfighter compliment that matches the [[Imperial I-class Star Destroyer|Imperial I-class Star Destroyer]]. Based off of the Clone Wars-era Venator-class design, the Redoubt is destroyer/carrier, with heavy weapons and a starfighter compliment that matches the Imperial I-class Star Destroyer. A joint design between Kuat Systems Engineering and Corona United Drive Yards, it's manufactured exclusively by CUDY; produced primarily at their Corona III yards, but also sub-contracted out to the Hast Shipyards.
