The Old Republic is a new game coming out on Windows on a yet-to-be-specified date.

Get ventrilo server in place - there exists a RSPA one? What does RS server support now? Should be TS. Possibly Ventrilo. Blast has Ventrilo available.
Clarify Josh Hawkins's rules posted in the general forum
Recruit from SWG PA / see who's interested in joining up with the new group / establish some prior support
Establish vision for the entire group (become news source?)
Naming scheme for group
Plan for keeping ingame and regular RS together.
