Platform setup

• setup a page so admins can add/remove games
• setup email for Platform Coordinators so they can email everyone who has selected the PC's sphere of responsibility. (IE: XWing PC can only email everyone who's selected XWing as a game in their profile)
• setup page that lists everyone who plays a game. IE: Everyone who plays XvT gets put on a list so people can try and find a MP match.

ITOD System Revamp

Things that need to be done:

• Transfer recent tours to missions.rs.org db tables
• Correct some data for older tours in missions.rs.org db tables (reported dates)
• Create reporter pages
• Create admin approval links for scores
• Create screenshot/pilot file viewing page
• Complete mission scoreboard page
• Create admin pages for the addition/editing of new tours/missions
• More to be added, I need sleep...
