Dor Vedik has at times been described as "overly self-confident". He has served as the Prometheus's captain since it was commissioned, and has more starship combat experience than any other captain in the R2F. He started out long ago on Freighters, Corvettes, a Victory-class Star Destroyer, and at one point a Mon Calamari Cruiser until he finally began serving on the Prometheus. From Coruscant, he has Imperial roots, but believes highly in the Rebel cause.
