The Rye Catcher is a Republic Shield Delta-class DX-9 transport stationed onboard the Strike Cruiser Hammer of Justice.
History
The craft was one of three of the Hammer's transports that were named during a brief period where the ship posed as a pirate cruiser. The name Rye Catcher was chosen by the captain of the Hammer of Justice, Renard B. Caedo.
Behind The Scenes
The Rye Catcher has only been seen in one mission, R2F900. It was slated for a return in R2F903, however the unexpected arrival of an enemy frigate resulted in the abandonment of the RS capture operation and the transport did not enter the combat zone.
